Pros: Professional, simple, car worked perfectly and did its job for a good 800km of drive in a week.

Cons: I was expecting a bit newer car, as I reserved a Kia Rio, but received a pretty visually roughed up Nissan Sunny who lacked technology - at least Cruise Control would be nice due to long straight roads in Jordan. But you will quickly learn most of the cars you will see in Jordan have damaged exterior, so overall it was ok.

Pros: The car was okay, the staff was correct and helpful, everything was on time and my deposit was released right away.

Cons: The car was not in a mint condition, however still okay for renting and was fully safe to drive. Fair for the price.

Pros: The car was in good mechanical condition overall.

Cons: They gave me in the beginning another car then the one order despite existence of the one I ordered with many models, the car was a 6 years old model although older ones are available, the car was given empty tank, the fuel light was on since I got the car, and the closest fuel station was almost 10 kms away. The tires were old and when one flatten the next day he told me it's my duty to fix it myself, no support was provided. I paid for an insurance but the still wanted me to sign 3k usd.

Cons: Many things I did not like: - did not recognize the insurance I paid for in the agreement do not have an office in the airport premises, signed the papers in the parking under the sun, I have to change the cars three times due to the low quality of the maintenance that made me lose three days of my vacation - the car consumed/exhausted more than 5 years old with milage more than 120K, and bad maintenance which I could not trust to travel outside the capital

Pros: Really appreciated the pick-up/drop-off from the airport, even given our late arrival time and early departure time!

Cons: Didn't appreciate we were given a rather beat up rental car that had an expired registration (of which we were informed when pulled over by the Jordanian police several times).

Cons: We booked Elantra and it was changed to Nissan Kicks on arrival. Minor hick up but car was clean and well maintained.

Cons: remark to be aware: we ordered the car through discovercars including the full coverage, but that's coverage - insurance from the page, and has nothing to do with Direct Rent = in case of a damage, you have to pay and Discover cars should reimburse the costs. With this set up also the deposit is higher. Fortunately we didn't have any issue and no need to run the process.
