Payless Car Rental at Amman International Airport Queen Alia

Pros: Helpful and friendly, people, accommodating. The car was clean with Bluetooth which made moving around Jordanvery easy. They gave me the car on time and were prompt in their timings.. The people who work there helped making my trip to Jordan so rich and smooth. I even asked for tips on how to drive safely around Jerash and Ajloun they happily provided info and tips which was really good. Best service I have had in Amman.

Cons: Really nothing.

Pros: Polite and kind staff.

Cons: There was a system mistake that i didn't pay my full renting amount , while i pre booked and paid the full amount at the time of drop off the car , but this they solve it and admitted that its a mistake on their system.

Pros: Good communication with the agents.

Cons: At airport pickup at 10pm, car had only 1/4 tank full! I asked why? They said.. "Just go find a gas station and fill it up. Return at same level. " That made no sense. After flying for 20 hrs, do u think customer is the mood to find gas at nite?! A better service would be to full up the tank and return with full tank. I'll drop few points for that.

Cons: I waited for more than 2 hours to get the car and the car was not the one i chose from the first place. The break pads were really bad and the AC wasnt working well, when i complained to them they asked me to bring the car for service. Such a bad experience i had and it was very disappointing. Additionally, they told me that the car deposit will need 14 days to be refunded which is not acceptable as i have previously rented a car in Amman from different provider and they have refunded me on spot

Pros: Its fast

Cons: They are fraudulent, they tell you something then they charge you extra without invoices

Pros: The staff handled the issue well by providing the receipt, even though another person refused to do so.

Cons: There was no fuel in the tank, and the warning light was flashing even though we didn't even know where the fuel cap was. It caused unnecessary stress right from the beginning of the drive.

Pros: The most cheap rental I found in Jordan, car was in good condition and took us, where we wanted

Cons: The fuel tank was 1/4 and not FULL as agreed. There was no parking and no representative at the drop area. I was informed at the helpdesk that Security deposit amount will be released within 3 days!

Pros: Convenient and attentive. All good both pick up and drop off.

Cons: No receipt at drop off after vehicle check.

Cons: The car I had was having a weak speaker for the car blowtooth and I failed talking carefully in car because of the phone blowthooth system

Cons: The instructions to drop off the car wasn't really clear. There was no fire extinguisher and when the police stopped us and checked in the car safety they fined the company for that.

Pros: when i came late from Airport it was night and i trusted the one who counts scratches in car but he forget one looks like and when i came to hand over car they charged me 49 dollar axtra for simple scratch ; and its not from me ; inspite the car on comparehensive Insurance ; thats means they will pay dollar for repair ; but what they will do they just gave for another cousumer with out repair and keep the money ; its kind of cheating

Pros: perfect as usual, the manager of their airport office is professional and know to deal with clients.

Cons: Payless forced me to pay for a fault on their car as I had purchased the extra insurance. So in their words it wouldnt cost me anything because I can claim it back. They are complete scam artists and very unprofessional. They didnt have the car I requested in stock, so instead I was given an old car with very low mpg which of course resulted in higher running costs for me.

Pros: Payless car rental staff are truly amazing.

Cons: It was difficult to park a car in Payless Car Rental spot at the airport because parking lot was full, so I had to park this car in other spot. I was a little bit stressed about that but the service ensured that everything is fine. So overall everything was cool.

Cons: The car was checked for damage before and after the hire. Any damage should have been covered by the insurence. So the inspections shouldnt be required. It also addes added stress to the hirer.

Pros: among all rent a car companies in used in Jordan, Payless is the best, the Manager (Mohammed) is a kind person and knows how to make the client happy, most of their cars are brand new

Cons: Horrible. We booked the car "full to full". But the car had just a quarter of the tank and we had to return the car with the quarter. Then they accused me of the scratching of the car. Scratches were there before. It was marked in the protocol. He told me, I did new stretches over these old and why I care when I am insured. I refused it. Then he refused to give me the confirmation of returning the car and told me, if I don't believe him, he will charge me for nonexisting damages. Never again!

Pros: Price is decent but very very basic option outdated.

Cons: Need to offer cars that at least has the basic options such as central lock system. Also the insurance part is very tricky as that Discover Car will be responsible to handle any claims and not Payless. The agent made me sign on insurance deductible in case Of an accident saying that if any accident happened you pay us first and then you Handel with Discover Car hire directly ? Is this true? Pls clarify .

Pros: Pick up right at the Airport. Change of car without problems (first was in horrible condition - instead of giving a first-time-customer a good car I got a really crappy one), complained and got a "ok" car.

Cons: Booked firtst time from this company and got a really really bad car. Horrible condition, engine done, dirty etc. (They changed after I complained)

Pros: I did book online car which was not available and got another car not equel and not in good condition m and i booked hundyai verna which not the same in the page. second day i called the manager and asked for another car which was provided ,but was me time wasting
