Cons: The car was nice but it was struggling a bit in the uphills

Pros: Like easy of servicing Car was a promotion with too many miles on it.

Cons: The car gave couple of overheating indications and these indications went away. I thought there is some thing wrong with the heat gage. On some drives the car was not running smoothly with loss of power moments. The car has more than 200k miles on it and it was given as a promotion.

Cons: Charged for car rental deposit even though we couldn't use the car due to factors beyond our control.

Cons: car windshield scratched right headlight is not correctly registered and as a result no clear vision in night driving left headlight plastic oxidizes by sun exposure since UV light discoloration short circuit when using directional light and brake (directional light starts to flash quicker)

When I asked for the reservation that I made, he tried to give me an old and ugly car. He wasted 3 hours of my time to give me the car. He asked me for 1050 dollars in reserve money and now I am waiting for the money to return to my account.

Cons: Green motion rental car didnt wait in the airport hall. I had to phone them and wait for them to come (1hour ). The Tank level was not full. I had to bring back the car with 1/4. when i brought back the car , they did not want to take back the car because it was dirty. I now have to wait 1 Week to get my deposit back, because they wanted to check for damages after cleaning.

Cons: The did not meet me at my arrival, I spent an hour calling one number, later the said I have been calling Discover number. Later as I reached them they reacted immediately..

Cons: They charge me for damage, been in the car before I toke it , and I have approve.

Pros: The service was efficient and rapid, we had very good impression how easy was to dropping off the car and to accompany us to the airport.

Cons: It was a quite old car with some problem to open the right door

Cons: They did not attend the call and they did not reply to WhatsApp despite reading it So i searched the google for another contact number then i wait for 30 minutes until there representative came and the filling of a papers started again despite i did online check in but also they said we did not receive the papers !!!!

Pros: I didn’t got the car at all I just paid the money And there was no car I did call the agency he was so aggressive he Said there is no car for you

Pros: Customer service was very good. They are flexible at dropping the car.

Cons: The car was so dirty and smelled bad. Also the car had some issue and when i wanted to replace it, they offered a lower grade car. I kept mine though. However, the value of money was worth it.

Cons: Brakes didn't work properly and we had to find Green motion office, go there and wait 2 hours for fixxing. It all spend almost six hours what we had to spend in Amman. I'd suppose for similar case someone from Green motion come to my hotel and change the car. The car has over 250k km and was in really bad condition. Green motion never again.

I had to borrow a phone to call the agent which is very embarrassing. - car was not clean. - car had mechanical problems in the break and the office did not have anther ready car of the same siz. I was offered another one that is very small and dirty.

Cons: DO NOT HIRE GREENMOTION IN AMMAN. Not clear that the car agency was not in the airport, other companies had the cars in the airport which is way more convenient. The representatives were not waiting for us, we had to call them (not all tourists buy a sim card) The car had no A/C, we realized about that once we filled the car with gasoline (it was empty). They changed the car (again tank empty) but did not have money to reimburse the gasoline. The second car we hired had no spear tire.

Cons: the cars are in very bad conditions, I refused the first one but the second one was the same, the body of the car is very much scratched from all sides, the tires are worn-out and not safe for driving, the car has bad smell inside. also, they charged me 26 ERU extra than my booking amount !

Pros: They gave me a really old car . This car had 125,000 miles , it was lower class than what I paid for , The car’s AC , usb, 1 headlights didn’t work . One of the tires were crooked . The car had very little power it was almost unsafe to drive .

Cons: Green motion team wasn’t there when I went to drop off the car . They had gone to gym . Had to call owner , we had to wait almost 30 min . When I returned the car .. it had to be empty . Because I got it empty . Which was ridiculous as how can one return an empty car ?

Cons: No one showed up to give me car. I called and a representative came after 30 minutes and took me to their office which was 10 minutes away. After that I was waiting for 30 minutes to give me a contract to sign which belong to a different person. When I complained about it, the representative got surprised and after checking he informed me that my booking was cancelled by someone !!!! Anyway, I got the car after waiting for more than an hour. The car had many problems.

Pros: First I am supposed to pick up the car at the airport,that didn’t happen, asked hertz agent they said their office is out of the airport, someone will be holding a sign with my name , went back and checked and no one was there , so had to call a family member in Amman which is 35 miles away to pick me up , after pricing a taxi for 50 JD , and when I had access to a phone I called them and they said they had some one waiting for me at the airport and that is a lie , they offered me to go back to

Cons: The airport 35 miles away at 2:30 am after a long trip, I said no and demanded that the car to be delivered they said I will have it by 10 am they didn’t show up until 1:30, asked him to take 1 day out of the charges he refused, and on the way back I called them they said somebody will be at the office at midnight went there and nobody was there called them and they said the will send some one , waited 15 minutes and the agent next door said they called him to take me to the airport and take t
