Pros: The gentleman from Arena came to pick us up at Amman Airport "departures" with no shuttle, he was expecting to drive us with the assinged car for rent and was angry because no place available, he was blaming why i did nit inform him that the car will be full. He was oblugated to call for another car to transport him to Rent car agent near the airport. Absolutely un profissional

Cons: They reassigned car for me 2018 model which broken down after 24km. I called the and had to wait with kids in unsafe area for 75 min. The mechanic arrived and interchanged the car with same model and type which was pruducing deep tune noise whenever applying the brakes. Kids could not sleep during night trip due to the brake pads noise.

Upon returning the car, the service was very unprofessional. Absolute disregard for the customer. Checked the car, "give me the yellow paper", goodbye. The same manager who had welcomed us (Ali) upon arrival did not even greet us. When the overcharging issue was raised, Mr Ali was totally dismissive.

Cons: I had rented a Kia Picanto but they supposedly didn't have any available, so they gave me a Nissan Micra that was so old that it still had a CD player in it. I told them right away that it appeared to be a car that had been used quite a bit and that it seemed "tired" - and that I wasn't at all comfortable driving it. I also was going to be driving long distances (5-6 hours at a time) so I wanted to have a car that would at least allow me to charge my phone. They refused to change the car.

We need to go to departure side and wait for the car . At drop off, we reached the airport late half an hour as they don’t have enough team to send each renter separately.

Cons: I booked a very small fuel efficient car, they had no more and gave me as a "free upgrade" a big SUV-Jeep which 1) I didn't want; 2) was a pain to drive; and more than that 3) costed me much more than expected in gas. Extremely disappointed. I booked and payed for something, the upgrade should be an option and more than that, should be reimbursed me for the money spent in gas.

On the 3rd day one of the cars lost most of its power steering fluid took then 12h to come out and fix it.

Cons: There were no central locking of the car. I was leaving the car open for two days until I realized that I had to lock each door separately.

Pros: We got new car, free of charge, it worked so nice, everything about car was great. Rental sevice was also good at the beggining of our rental

Cons: Return of the car, such as checking of damages, worked very nice, as much as we took the best care about the car, but the only thing was dealing with the refund of the deposit for the car. We had to change the location on the rent and the drop off to 2, separated locations, and it caused the trouble. The second location didn't have the information about where to return the deposit. But we managed to do it with over WhatsUp with them soon. They did the refund allright, but it took like 4 days

Pros: For the pick up period everything is fine Naser was kind and helpful.

Cons: For the drop off period the staff of arena car was not so kind. Not only for the damage but also the general behavior. I felt myself like guilty for the damage. Also the damage was a little point crack on the window. I am not sure that i did or not. Anyway, I did not take a video of the window before i take the car. It was good experience for me. Pros: Communication was very good at all times. When we arrived at the airport they were already waiting for us. The owner of the place, Mustafa is a very nice and attentive man. We had no problem with the car, it was a great experience, I recommend this company 100%

Cons: Pick-up: A representative picked us up at the airport at night, drove a couple miles down the road and then pulled over and started to hand write a contract which he had me sign on the spot without being able to first inspect the car and then told me to drive to the car rental location to finish paperwork. Why this was necessary was never explained. It was unprofessional and seemed sketchy. Drop-off: The representative was 45 minutes late which made catching our flight on time quite stressful.

Pros: Its a budget car rental so I had my doubts with them. I was cautious about any scratches on the car when they handed it over to me. Their representatives Ahmed and Naseer were really friendly and excellent. They put me at ease and provided excellent service while taking and returning the car. I was stuck at the airport while arriving and Ahmed patiently waited for me. They provided air port pickup and drop and provided a no rush service. Top experience and highly recommended

Cons: All the cars are old or very old, I areserved 3 Logan, and we received 2 Nissan Sunny and one Hyunday Accent. I suppose they not even know how Logan look like, even if on the website sell this kind of car. All the cars have more than 160.000 km, with thinks not working properly, paper box keep falling and other problems. The company is not located in the airport, even if they let you understand that this the situation, and once arrived there you must call for somebody to come to pick you up.
