Cons: The car had run 180,000+ kms. Pick up was just about ok. The GPS was a disaster. Did not recognize any destination. Lucky I had Google maps and data on my phone. Complained to the rent a car company. They just said sorry it was not updated. Can I get a refund for the GPS?

Pros: I paid for a premium intermediate car but was given very old car that doesn't even have a center lock and had to manually close all doors and windows, the driver seat base was also very worn and not level which I informed the agent immediately about but he didn't provide alternative. Not happy with this rental and was thrown off by the positive reviews.

Other people who rented (while we were there) got much nicer vehicles. When I looked under the hood the air hose wasn't connected.

The mechanic arrived and interchanged the car with same model and type which was pruducing deep tune noise whenever applying the brakes. Cons: I had rented a Kia Picanto but they supposedly didn't have any available, so they gave me a Nissan Micra that was so old that it still had a CD player in it. I told them right away that it appeared to be a car that had been used quite a bit and that it seemed "tired" - and that I wasn't at all comfortable driving it. I also was going to be driving long distances (5-6 hours at a time) so I wanted to have a car that would at least allow me to charge my phone. They refused to change the car.

Pros: We receive the car with dirty seats and didn’t accept the same at drop off and charge us 10 JD to clean the seats.

Cons: 1.Car almost empty from gas and need to search for gas station at the middle of the night to avoid run out of gas. 2. Delay in pick up as they didn’t receive us at the arrival side . We need to go to departure side and wait for the car . At drop off, we reached the airport late half an hour as they don’t have enough team to send each renter separately.

Cons: I booked a very small fuel efficient car, they had no more and gave me as a "free upgrade" a big SUV-Jeep which 1) I didn't want; 2) was a pain to drive; and more than that 3) costed me much more than expected in gas. Extremely disappointed. I booked and payed for something, the upgrade should be an option and more than that, should be reimbursed me for the money spent in gas.

Cons: After arriving at the airport to be slapped with a half hour wait, when they eventually turn up they can only take 4 people when it was made clear to them we were coming 5 of us. Presented with bag of nail cars dirty covered in scratches and dents filler falling off it all over the place. Making all kinds of horrendous noises whilst driving struggling to go up a hill. On the 3rd day one of the cars lost most of its power steering fluid took then 12h to come out and fix it.

Cons: They pressured us into getting car insurance when we did not really need it. There was another passenger in the car when we were picked up so my family could not fit into the car. The car had lots of issues accelerating which meant we could not visit some escursions. Even though we raised this with them while having the car, they did nothing to help. The sat nav didn't work. Will never use this company again. They are still not helping with the issues we have raised.

Cons: Return of the car, such as checking of damages, worked very nice, as much as we took the best care about the car, but the only thing was dealing with the refund of the deposit for the car. We had to change the location on the rent and the drop off to 2, separated locations, and it caused the trouble. The second location didn't have the information about where to return the deposit. But we managed to do it with over WhatsUp with them soon. They did the refund allright, but it took like 4 days
