Cons: They guy wanted selling me again a full packet of Insurance, even if I bucked already. That’s cheating and not nice! He said I will have big problems when I have a accident. That’s all lies. On the homepage they warned from double Insurances and that the guy will sell me one package. And so happened! He said for 300 JD! This bullshit has to be stopped, that’s cheating!

Pros: The office location was handy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car was clean and in good condition.

Cons: I expected a bigger car based on the original ad decription.

Cons: Unacceptable terms upon receipt that I have not found anywhere else, as they asked me to sign a consent to a fine of $200 in the event of any traffic accident even if another car was the cause, in addition to a fine of $50 for each traffic violation in addition to the value of the violation.

Pros: The Right-Cars Team delayed reaching us for about 15 minutes but it was my fault as i didn't inform them of my flight details. They are friendly and invited us for hot drinks and got a Free HotSpot WiFi Device 4G which we used it to connect it with the Car Apple Play. We enjoyed using it and kept us using the internet online 24 hours on multiple devices. The most important the Apple Car Play was an excellent idea as we used the Google Maps which helped us navigate the tourist places and reach it

Cons: They picked me from airport I was expecting to take a good condition car but unexpected vehicle given to me, very old, brake was not good mechanically very miserable AC was not good at all. They pressure me to take it and said that the contract allows them to give similar vehicle which was the one they offered me. Overall it was a very bad experience which I'll never repeat or try your application once again.Plus I've paid the insurance twice as they didn't accept the insurance offered by you.

Cons: I had ordered a Citreon C4 or similar, I forget the exact model I received but it was similar to a Nissan Sunny. It wasn't in very good condition, interior parts had been replaced along with all 4 wheels missing hub caps. We didn't feel very safe driving in the south of the country. Collection was not smooth, we had to wait in arrivals for some time before getting WhatsApp instructions on where to meet the company representative. The actual company we collected from was not RightCars.
