Cons: I picked up my rental car, and I was surprised that the rental company forced me to purchase additional insurance, even though my booking was already confirmed through DiscoverCars and the voucher did not state that this insurance was mandatory. I was not informed about this requirement before arrival. Please assist me in reviewing this charge and advise on the next steps for reimbursement or resolution. They are friendly and invited us for hot drinks and got a Free HotSpot WiFi Device 4G which we used it to connect it with the Car Apple Play. We enjoyed using it and kept us using the internet online 24 hours on multiple devices. The most important the Apple Car Play was an excellent idea as we used the Google Maps which helped us navigate the tourist places and reach it

It wasn't in very good condition, interior parts had been replaced along with all 4 wheels missing hub caps. We didn't feel very safe driving in the south of the country. Collection was not smooth, we had to wait in arrivals for some time before getting WhatsApp instructions on where to meet the company representative.
