Cons: Right Cars Amman Airport alwayes offered competitive rates as a trap , then when you arrive they give you a very poor conditions , downgraded car , alwayes under the Umbrella od ( OR SIMILIAR ) Very poor service , car down graded , late in pick up . because of this I will never use discover cards for booking as long as you sell Right Cars . Dont beleive Right cards competitive rates its ONLY trap .

I was not informed about this requirement before arrival. Please assist me in reviewing this charge and advise on the next steps for reimbursement or resolution. They are friendly and invited us for hot drinks and got a Free HotSpot WiFi Device 4G which we used it to connect it with the Car Apple Play. We enjoyed using it and kept us using the internet online 24 hours on multiple devices. The most important the Apple Car Play was an excellent idea as we used the Google Maps which helped us navigate the tourist places and reach it

They pressure me to take it and said that the contract allows them to give similar vehicle which was the one they offered me. Cons: I had ordered a Citreon C4 or similar, I forget the exact model I received but it was similar to a Nissan Sunny. It wasn't in very good condition, interior parts had been replaced along with all 4 wheels missing hub caps. We didn't feel very safe driving in the south of the country. Collection was not smooth, we had to wait in arrivals for some time before getting WhatsApp instructions on where to meet the company representative. The actual company we collected from was not RightCars.
