Pros: the drop off was easy and the shuttle back was good.

Cons: Staff had limited English Could not get a hold of anyone online or by phone to ask questions. The car rental place was not at the airport and we needed a shuttle but this was not communicated ahead of time. Charged me in JD when I booked in CAD.

Pros: The car worked, did everything i needed. Drol off was fast

Cons: 1. I had to wait for more than an hour for my pick up, the host was late, had to call him like 3 times 2. The car was dirty inside, dust, sand, oily residue, smelling bad. Also there was a spare tire at the back seat. The trunk was dirty too. 3. The car has Zero petrol at pick up, you have to return with zero too which is kinda impossible, they benefit from us 4. My car had many dents on it, the bumpers were loose and noisy, rattling, the wheel protectors were smashed up.

Pros: They were very cooperative and provided us with a complementary upgrade

Cons: They gave us the car with almost no gas in it (the rental desk is inside a petrol station) so it's a way to benefit the petrol station. However, they accept dollars and credit cards so fueling up wasn't an issue.

Cons: We gave a 10% deposit and they didn’t have our car when we got there. This place is a scam and the people who work there are rude. They don’t even have an office at the airport like they pretended to.

Pros: The car was very cheap. You get what you pay for though. Dropping off the car was fast and easy.

Cons: - they were supposed to wait on the airport for us, but didn't. We had to call them and wait about half an hour before they arrived. The transfer from the airport to rental place took about half an hour. - the car was dirty and not in best shape - even though the rental place is literally on the premises of a gas station, the car is given to you totally empty on gas and expected to be returned empty as well

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 485.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
