Pros: The staff were responding quickly via WhatsApp and were very relatively speedy during pick-up and drop-off. They didn't hassle us about the exterior of the car being a bit dirty. Overall, quick and straightforward process.

Cons: The car was an older, off-brand car model (GAC Trimpchi) and thus was not the model/brand that we had thought we were booking. This seemed a bit intransparent. Additionally, I disliked that when we picked up the car at the airport, we had to pay for the parking fee (±4 JD) while the guy who brought us the car tailgated us out so as to not have to pay.

Pros: The best car rental experience of my life. They dropped off the car at our Airbnb (instead of us needing to get a taxi back to the airport). They were extremely friendly and hospitable. It was so much more convenient than any other car rental I've had and all of the other details were on point, as well. Highest recommendation. Better than 10/10.

Pros: it was spouse to meet and greeting but no one was there went car rental hire desk they don’t know about it the purchase sim card and ring the person after he came after 10mins. take too long to hand over the car so i have to pay car park exit fee which should be not. Cons: Not providing a full tank of gas. If you are not familiar with the area, an empty tank is not good. The size of the rental was too small for a family of four with luggage. I had to make two trips to get family and luggage back to the airport. Engine size was too small for the area. Lots of hills in Jordan. Sometimes, you have to turn off A/C to get up the hills. No roadside services. Had a flat tire at 4AM. Lug wrench was for a VW/Audi and would not fit the Nissan rental.

Mileage policy
Mileage depends on the rental period.
For rentals lasting from 1 days to 2 days, mileage is limited to 200 km per day.
For rentals more than 2 days mileage is unlimited.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
