Cons: Nobody was waiting for us at airport we needed to call them. We booked a car with space enough for 3 bags but got one which has space just for one. We requested the agent to change the car as there is no space for bags and we booked car with bigger space but refused.

Cons: The car wasn't clean With 164.000 km. Too much for a car rental Brakes didn't work well. It was dangerous Air conditioning stooped sometimes and there was water inside the car. Not confortable. Definitely a shit of car, sorry for my words. The right door not open neve6r from the outside. The rear seats was broken... My reco is go rental isn't a good partner.

Cons: while investigating the issue of my reservation at the time of picking up the car, i had to call Discovercars and the agent is the worst person that you can imagine, he leaved me completly under the merci of Go rental, but fortunately go rental were very professional to solve it

Pros: The company that came to pick us up is easyrental? At least the 24 hours phone number person did speak ENglish very well.

Cons: Once again the name of the car rental is easyrental. Time spent picking up the car was over an hour and the office was stinking of smoke - some of the staff were smoking inside... The agent English level was very poor - we barely could ask questions so we got on as our first cultural experience in Jordan - we are easy going but I know that many other ppl wouldn't be so forgiving!

Pros: Estaban en el aeropuerto esperándonos para llevarnos al local de la empresa para entregarnos el vehículo (el local no está en el mismo aeropuerto y hay que desplazarse).

Cons: Coche muy sucio y con pequeños golpes por todos los lados. Limpiaparabrisas en mal estado. Demasiado tiempo en la entrega. El GPS que nos dieron no reconocía la mitad de las ubicaciones. En la entrega intentaron engañarnos diciéndonos que habíamos tenido una multa por radar y que teníamos que pagar una cantidad (se inventaron el día, la hora y el lugar) a lo que nos negamos. MUY MAL EN GENERAL. NO ES RECOMENDABLE.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 485.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 365 days.

If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
