Pros: they gave a smaller car that the one I booked, i waited two hours to get the car because they were waiting for the other customer to return the car. so bad experience

Cons: the car was old, I hired Hyundai and I got an old car I literally didn't know what the brand is, and it was not safe on the road!

Pros: Ottima macchina, personale efficiente

Cons: Poca comunicazione tra chi ha preso il deposito in contanti al check in e al check out nessuno sapeva che dovevano restituirlo cash. Alla fine hanno risolto, ma migliorare la comunicazione gli gioverebbe di sicuro.

Pros: Good, straightforward and honest.

Cons: Did not find Pingouin representative for some time at pickup. Windscreen washer did not work and I had to carry bottles of water to pour on windscreen. Air conditioning was poor but this was probably the result of choosing the cheapest car with 'aircon' and not a fault of Pingouin.

Pros: It was quite basic and the people I dealt with were nice, but not so efficient.

Cons: We had to go to a service station to fill the tires right away. Also, there wasn't much gas in it on delivery. The car made a rattling sound and didn't accelerate properly and the agent was late to meet us on delivery and return.
