Pros: Nothing. Service was terrible. Car was rubbish. Not suited for Mauritius Island. Extremely slow, acceleration was shit. We visited Mauritius for our honeymoon and we were late to all our events and activities because the rental car could not reach the speed limits of the road. As a result it was driving much lower than required speed limit to reach destination in time as per GPS.

Cons: Car provided. Upon pickup, I mentioned to the sales rep the car is too small, size wise and engine and he had nothing to say. Waiting too long. Waiting extremely long to hand back keys on return. Will not recommend.

Pros: Desk was easy to find just outside terminal

Cons: Even though we arrived after the time of the car hire starting we were still stuck there for another 45 mins waiting for the car to be delivered. When it arrived it had quite a lot of damage to it and was dirty inside. On drop off there was no one at the desk despite past agreed time and there is no way of out of hours drop off, so sat there stressing we were going to miss our flight waiting for someone to turn up along with 3 other people who also needed to return their vehicles

Pros: The desk was at the airport, return was quick and easy. Car was in reasonably good condition.

Cons: It took extremely long to get the car as there was a queue and a lot of paperwork to be filled out. I suspect we received a smaller car than we paid for as the family before us didn't fit into their car, so they gave them a larger car and then simply passed on their car to us. Thankfully our luggage fitted and having waited ages to get the car, we just got on with it.

Pros: Although it was all very manual filling out the forms, all car rentals take a while so was not overly concerned. Car was fine, they are a cheaper option so you get slightly older models but it worked fine and did exactly what I needed it to do.

Cons: Not so much their fault but the signage of how to get to the bit where you drop the car off at the end is non-existant. Perhaps clearer info on pickup would be good.

Finally did the inspection and tried to put damage on me while I had thankfully taken pictures and could demonstrate that the damage was existing. Beyond any level of service, professionalism and quality!

Pros: Easy to find, as small rental car area in MRU.

Cons: Agent manually filled out paper work despite having my details online and my expected flight arrival, so took time dispatch car to me. The 2017 car was tired and worn, only partly fuelled so had to try to return in same state especially as display screen was hard to read, LCD faded. There were newer similar cars around but all booked apparently and agent did offer an exchange. During return of the car, waited almost 15mins for agent to return to desk.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 410.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Maestro, Cash, Diners, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
