Pros: The car was clean and in good condition. Pick-up and drop-off were very fast. Paid by cash in EUR - no security deposit taken on credit card.

Cons: I got the rental contract a few days after pick-up, after urging the rental company. The document itself was incomplete, looked like some generic template, even the rental company name was different. It didn't look like legitimate contract (not signed, missing data, etc.). Overall everything was fine, but I was really concerned that in case of any accident or damage it would not be a valid document for police, insurance company etc. This part definitely needs to be improved.

Cons: mauhire gestisce solo le comunicazioni ma poi siamo stati affidati a AUTORENT Mauritius i quali ci han chiesto di pagare cash ed aumentato il prezzo di quasi il 50% per avere zero franchigia per poi dirci che non valeva su pneumatici. Infine per la restituzione è stato difficile capire dove consegnare l’auto poiché nessuno rispondeva al numeri che sono stati forniti.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, return flight ticket.
Deposit and deductible policy
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 75 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
