Pros: No issues with picking up the car. Agent spoke clearly, contacted me in advance about the booking, provided clear instructions, and even allowed to skip deposit if rental is paid in cash.

Cons: The only unexpected thing that the car was ready to be picked up from airport parking lot instead of from their office where I thought we will be brought by their personnel. But that didn't create any problems, maybe was even more convenient when you think about it.

Pros: I’ve needed a car, I received it. The communication with the representatives through WhatsApp was good. But we weren’t satisfied with the friendliness of the man when picking up and dropping off the car. As for the car: At first sight, the car was not in a good condition cause almost every part of the car was scratched. But the technical part was enough good to go. Generally, I would recommend this company for the purpose of renting the cars.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Tourism levy, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Delivery fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 60.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, return flight ticket.

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 90 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
