Pros: They were very friendly and efficient. They greeted us at the airport arrivals and took us to the car where the pick up was smooth and quick. When the car needed to be replaced they came to where we were and replaced it for us

Cons: We received an old car that was different than what was promised online. It was in bad condition. But when I explained this to the employee they agreed to come to our hotel with a newer better car after 2 days; which they did.

Cons: 1/ The fuel policy. Would much prefer a full tank upon delivery. 2/ It took us 45min+ to exit the carpark due to congested traffic. Don't know if any other location could be found but a nightmare getting out of the pick-up area

Pros: price

Cons: i had a tyre damaged on 27/12 due to poor condition of roads and EasyCab assist us on the 29/12. I had to keep the provisional tyre for 48hrs. The second car was in poor condition, passenger door handle out of order and battery totally down after 24hrs. Definitively i had a very bad experience with EasyCab

Pros: I’ve needed a car, I received it. The communication with the representatives through WhatsApp was good. But we weren’t satisfied with the friendliness of the man when picking up and dropping off the car. As for the car: At first sight, the car was not in a good condition cause almost every part of the car was scratched. But the technical part was enough good to go. Generally, I would recommend this company for the purpose of renting the cars.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 60.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, return flight ticket.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 90 minutes.
