Pros: Great car rental service from Am38. Tesh was very helpful - prompt pickup to the office (2mins drive) and quick paperwork on arrival. Car was as described. Drop off was smooth as well. Overall very good car rental experience with AM38. I would use them again in future without hesitation!

Pros: The staff were very service-minded and ensured everything worked smoothly from our initial pick up at the airport to dropping off the car and being returned to the airport for our return flight.

Cons: The water for the windscreen wipers wasn´t filled before car collection.

Cons: Worst can rental experience to date. As a family of 4, we rented a Suzuki Celerio to go around the island. The car had many issues: A/C power dial stuck, central un-/locking system not working requiring to press the locking button inside the car first, the infotainment system completely unresponsive and having a mind of its own at times, meant we barely used the car. To top it all off, we received the car with an empty tank forcing us to top up right when we set off.

Pros: Everything was as they said and good service in collecting and delivery. No hidden costs either.

Cons: I have no idea what Am38 is…. What I know is that Discover Cars sucked and failed on every metric of quality assurance. DC wasted hours during reservation and denied the first 10 attempts. DC provided wrong information and wrong guidance. The car was on EMPTY when I picked it up and I returned it full. What a SCAM is DC and this rental car company.

Pros: Hassle free experience. Although it was said that about $550 would be charged as a security deposit, the agent didn’t charge this. (Only if there was any damage, this was applicable). We had booked an i10 but he gave us additional options from which we chose a Toyota Vitz, an incredibly economic and safe car.

Cons: The wiper blade in this particular car was a little worn out. In heavy rain, the blade was almost ineffective. The pick-up point is mentioned as B2 which is a little confusing since there are two B2 points. To reach the Am38 agent, we exited the terminal from gate 5/6 and walked straight out, past the sitting area, towards the general parking and thereafter to the left is the B2 parking where from they conduct their business.

Pros: That was my second d car after having some issue with the first.but manage to get a replacement the next day . And the car has proved no issue all the way And time I drove it. Thanks

Pros: Top Notch - very professional.

Cons: All tires were under inflated to a half of what they should have been and one was almost flat so I needed to inflate them all imidiately. The gas tank was half full and I was supposed to drop the car in the same condition which I don't like as it involves more planning as just filing the tank full.

Cons: Our flight was late, so we left the airport 45 mins later. As I had no mobile network in Mauritius I had to ask people to use their phone to call the company, as the representative was not at the meeting location. I understand I was late, but it's a problem as I couldn't call and there isn't a reception desk.
