Pros: I have used Mauriconnect about 7 times in the last 5 years. I have always been given an exceptional and professional service. The agent Ootam was very courteous, polite and professional. Amazing service from him. Keep up the exceptional work and see you very soon!

Pros: nice guys and pick up.

Cons: Cars with parts that don't work.

Pros: Incredibly helpful people who constantly did their best to ensure we had a trouble-free rental and a really great holiday. We had a lot of luggage but rather than persuaders to upgrade to a more expensive car, they (Normal in particular) made effort to show us how it could all be squeezed in. Very empathetic and superb customer service. Strongly recommended.

Cons: N/a

Pros: Easy, good value and friendly team

Cons: Car had some previous damage and one tyre on limit of wear marker

Pros: When we reached to office very helpful people

Cons: Didn’t give car with full tank And difficulty to find the person who pick up at airport

Pros: Our plane arrived very late but we were picked up quickly after landing at 1am

Cons: We had a breakdown due to a flat battery. But a new battery was fitted quite quickly given that we were a good hours drive from their offices

Pros: They were so friendly and made the process as easy as possible

Cons: Nothing. All great!

Cons: Lots of knocks and damage pretty much on every panel Always fearful of being told we've damaged something Took pictures and video of the damage prior to driving away Even if we've had a knock I think it would've been unreasonable to think that we may have had to pay something

Pros: The staff was helpful. Mitesh was very friendly during pickup of the car and explained things well. We unfortunately cannot remember the name of the person during drop off, but he was very good as well.

Cons: The car condition was poor, I've never seen a rental car with so many scratches, the wireless key didn't work either. The deposit kept is very high compared to other providers around. They did not provide the car that was booked and it seemed like this happened to more people as people picking up cars whilst we were there complained about this too.

Pros: simplicité et rapidité

Pros: Prompt timing and great service

Pros: Prompt pickup. Quick drop. No haggling the customer. Car in great condition both in and out

Cons: The tyre pressure was low when I picked but easily fixed and for free at a gas station.

Pros: As mentioned above

Cons: As mentioned above

Pros: Les pneus étaient très lisses

Pros: Great service wouldn't hesitate to recommend again.

Cons: A little bit stressful trying to find them at the airport to begin with. Would be helpful if they could have a sign or stay in a designated spot but this is a minor point as we did find them eventually.

Pros: Price and car were fine.

Cons: Really hard sell on insurance at pick up and threats to charge us to clean the car on drop off. Also, driver drove like a lunatic to drop us off at the airport.

Pros: Nice people, good car 2025. with 10k mileage

Pros: Everything was good, staff was very helpful, quick chick in and chick out. Mitech was very helpfull during check out and he helped a lot specially to catch up with our flight as we were late to the flight. He offered to quickly deliver us to the airport with the same car to save the time.

Cons: None

Pros: Speed and service

Cons: If payment By card we have to pay extra fees

Pros: Smooth pickup and drop-off at airport, straightforward paperwork.

Cons: Had bump and scratches, be very sure to film before renting! Count on cleaning fee of 10 euros if you rent for more than a day, e.g. from dust or bird poop.

Pros: Everything was ok.

Pros: Efficient

Cons: Air conditioning not working in car

Pros: Very friendly staff. Thank you Gatish, Milesh and Charles for your support.

Pros: They are very helpful

Pros: Staff were really friendly and helpful. Based outside of the airport, so they pick you up outside and take you to their rental office. Drop-off was equally simple with a shuttle service offered to the airport departures.

Cons: Nothing, although the car had sustained some damage from previous users

Pros: Very efficient

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Staff was friendly

Cons: Pick up of car not at airport which means extra time on pick up and drop off. Not happy with condition and cleanliness of vehicle.

Pros: Nice and friendly staff

Pros: Mauriconnect was not professional

Cons: Mauriconnect was not professional

Pros: Car provided was perfectly adapted for the local roads, very comfortable and well maintained. The staff were very freindly and helpfull. I would definately go via them if ever we are back in Mauritius.

Pros: Unfortunately inside car was dirty.

Pros: Prompt pickup

Cons: Car needed a tune up.

Pros: Summary: Maybe they're the cheapest but it's not worth it. Next time I'll pay a few euros more and get a better service. It wasn't a total disaster, but... We got an old Suzuki Swift (50k KMS which is ok for the price) with dozens of dents & scratches (which is also ok), but the key remote wasn't working. In total the car was OK. The deposit was unblocked upon car drop-off, the agent was kind and nice.

Cons: We had to locate the agent ourselves at the airport - he wasn't waiting for us at gate 7 - and then it took another 15 minutes until we got our ride to the office (3 kms/ 5 minutes from the airport). What I did not appreciate at all was that they tried to charge my card with a totally made up exchange rate upon payment (exchange rate at the airport was 52 MUR for 1 EUR, their "rate" was 58!) Luckily, we brought cash from home and we paid in euros.

Pros: They were very efficient

Pros: Drop-off service was friendly

Cons: The guy from pick-up let me wait and was cheeky. He have me dirty car (inside and ouside) with hundrets of scratches and dents. Furthermore the doors of the car couldn't get locked by remote and at the first day already I had to organise battery charging cables and the help of another automobiliste, to start the car again!

Cons: They are scammers, stay away!

Pros: Service was really BAD

Cons: All was just a big joke

Pros: The agent was more than 30 minutes late picking us up from the airport and then took us to the office which was 10 mins drive away in an isolated area. They insisted on charging my card in Mauritian rupees instead of GBP but wouldn't use the correct exchange rate, instead relying on a calculator to use an unknown rate they preferred, which hiked up the price. When I complained and asked them to use the daily exchange rate on Google or XE, they became very hostile and aggressive and refused.

Cons: On returning the car, they tried to charge us €10 in cleaning fees even though the car wasn't dirty. Other reviews online suggest they do this to all customers as a way to get more money. Horrible company, do not recommend.

Pros: Friendly

Cons: The car was in poor condition.

Pros: prix

Cons: pas d'arnaques et serviable

Pros: Prix attractif, sérieux, professionnels..

Pros: Threatened with violence for returning the car after 2.pm . I returned the vehicle at 5 pm and notified them 2 days previously they say okay verbally but i whatsapp them and they didnt respond. They demanded 15 euero for late return. I asked for 3 days extra hire and they increased the price by 100% plus asked for 44euro if they collected the car as i requested. I told them i would return the car on the 21st which i did but they never answered my message. Because i never paid the 15 euro fine to

Pros: Easy pick up from the airport and transfer back

Pros: everything was excellent with Mauriconnect! quick and smooth pickup and dropoff. everyone was so helpfull, I forgot my ipad in their office and they brougth it to the airport.

Pros: Rented brand new car. Appreciated the friendly, fast and professional service by Mitesh. Would use this service again in future.

Cons: Excellent experience, only feedback would be to clearly inform customer that they should contact Mauriconnect upon arrival at airport to be picked up.

Pros: Excellent cars

Cons: None

Pros: Quick

Cons: Unknown brand

Pros: none

Cons: car was really bad

Pros: Very respectful and great team. Car was decent

Pros: Very helpful

Pros: Helped take bags out of car at drop off.

Cons: Nearly an hour late to pick me up from the airport. Car given was old model and very damaged on the exterior. I had to return to the venue during my stay due to a mistake made on their end. During drop off process it took up to an hour and there was no urgency to get us into a car to take us to the airport. Once in the car, the driver decided to speed dangerously.

Pros: The staff was very kind

Pros: Good friendly end of hire

Cons: Didn’t pick us up from airport as had no record of booking despite emails sent to us

Pros: Very good sevices with good guidance.

Cons: the car I got has minor issues, the wiper blades were not good, during rains it was not wiping properly. Also, the AC vents plastic was broken and I had difficulty with adjusting the air flow direction. Especially when the car charge were not cheap.

Pros: Office Staff Very helpful, provided sufficient information, car in good condition, can use or recommend their services

Cons: Representative at airport came late (Only one girl to pick up and drop point in spite of our flight details), we booked Honda Jazz / Fit but company don't have that car so other car was given, office was closed in the morning(In spite of our reminder about early flight ), have to wait till they come to go to airport

Pros: Very friendly staff, especially Ashwin made the things very easy for us

Pros: The whole process was efficient and professional. I was particularly impressed by the drop-off process with Mitesh

Cons: Nothing

Cons: The requirement to pay 10 Euro for just a slightly dirty car.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Too long for handover and handback (and travel to/from terminal)

Pros: Nothing really stood out. The car was in good enough driving and cleanliness condition.

Cons: Very intimdating at the pickup when not taking a full insurance from them. Very stressfull at the drop off where they tried to extract money from the deposit for every possible reason. The car condition and cleanliness was average. Pick up needs a call to their local number no one to pickup at the airport.

Pros: Was a good price. staff generally friendly

Cons: No-one to meet us when we arrived, found rep after a few minutes but then had to wait quite a long time for transfer to their office. Car wasn't that clean on pick up, we gave it back to them in the same condition and they tried to charge a cleaning fee.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Charged a cleaning fee, even though I left the car as clean as i could .Washed exterior and shook out car mats of sand and boot liner! could not have done anymore , and still insisted I pay cleaning fee. The young man who deove us back from rental place to airport drove like absolutee manaic , really scary and unprofessional.

Pros: bad

Cons: not friendly

Pros: Not

Cons: Old car, worn tires

Pros: The people are very kind, only what I didn’t understand why I had to pay more £100 when I payed fully insurance.

Cons: They are very kind and helpful.

Pros: good value for money

Cons: small problem with the remote control of the car, not a big issue

Pros: Loved working with Mauriconnect. Staff are pleasant and helpful

Cons: N/A

Cons: Asking cleaning fee, although moderate

Pros: Easy to deal with. Was fast

Cons: Car not to my normal standard no apple car play despite being told it had one Will not be using them again

Pros: Quick pick-up at the airport. Just 5 minutes away from the airport. Everything was explained well! Overall good service.

Cons: They tried to sell us an insurance, but we already had insurance with Discovercars. We really need to said it like 3/4 times that we didn’t want any other insurance.

Pros: Nice agents. Helpful enough.

Cons: The car was not in good condition. You need a sat nav and working data signal to find the office for the return which is off airport.

Pros: The fact that they collect you from the airport to then collect your car which is only a few minutes down the road. And that they drop you off

Cons: N/A

Pros: Smooth and friendly service. The office is located 4 km from the airport but they provided quick and easy transportation. The office opens at 5 a.m. so early flights are not a problem.

Pros: Professional, efficient, just remember to have wifi on or your phone on roaming because they can whatsapp you and you need to pick up the message to arrange exact pick up location.

Cons: Was made to pay for a car wash and really was just rain drops and dust. Car was spotless inside.

Pros: Excellent team and customer service

Cons: None- all Excellent

Pros: Efficient and friendly.

Cons: At the Mauritius Airport, I had t ask around and make a call to find the attendant. I kiosk with helpdesk of sorts would be greatly beneficial. For newcomers to the island it must be a daunting experience finding the attendant, especially if they have no connectivity.

Pros: Friendly

Cons: Was charged for a car wash. Have never on all time hiring internationally or locally been asked to do this before

Pros: very smooth and efficient pick up and drop off. I went for the full insurance coverage so drop off did not involve any car checks. Airport agent was friendly and easy to locate.

Cons: Car cleanliness could be better but not a show stopper at all.

Pros: Drop off and staff were great as usual. The car was almost new and great!

Cons: Pick up was challenging as it was hard to find the staff. Had to wait over 30 minutes and had to ask someone to help me call the agency as I didn’t have a local sim to call.

Pros: We were exceptionally happy with mauiconnect, service was wonderful, the price was fantastic

Pros: Good value for money, quick and honest agents. No hidden fees and no nonsense.

Cons: Had to wait around at the airport for pick-up despite agreeing a time in advance. But not too bad, only had to wait 20 minutes.

Pros: Service and customer friendly

Pros: 24 hours operating. Pick up and drop off at the airport.

Cons: Dead battery in the car keys. 4 different tires in bad condition. The car itself was in several collisions. It was visible even though it was fixed. Rear bumper, driver's door (dents and rust on the inner side). 1 broken air vent. Issues with the CVT. It was jerking badly at low speeds and in slow traffic. Shifting gears was not smooth at all. CVT and tires made me drive this car with big caution.

Pros: Great service...pick uo speed can definitely improve

Cons: Pick up speed and rushed attitude of the agent who went through insoection of the car with us. He was very friendly but in a great hurry. We were unsure whether everything was noted.

Pros: Accurate, timely, good character, very informative

Cons: From pick up to drop off cannot fault anything

Cons: Car was not checked. Was not cleaned. Dirty windscreen and dirty wiper blades. Water tank empty. Key fob battery died few days later. Actually it was showing on the dashboard almost dead. caused me to break down at night and had wasted my time considerably. Serious inconvenience and panic. Head light is out of alignment. Although the number plate shows year 23, the car is much older than that.

Pros: Great communication. I extended my dates, and we could do everything via phone in less than a few minutes.

Pros: otrzymaliśmy nowiutkie auto. wszystko było super. Ashvin odwiózł nas na lotnisko, był profesjonalny, miły i znał się na pracy :)

Pros: The staff members were very jolly and friendly. Made it fun when checking in for the car and very helpful too.

Pros: Very good. Specially thanks to Mr. Outam.

Cons: The pick-up localisation.

Pros: Very bad experience. The car pickup was late, and it was hard to find an agency employee. They also refused to accept the insurance I had purchased through the website. When I returned the car, the agency required me to go to their office, which was not at the airport, even though I asked to be dropped off at the airport. I was refused and left at the airport without proper assistance. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Cons: Very bad experience.

Pros: Great service from the staff, quick collection and drop off service

Cons: Car was not very clean when we collected the vehicle, was told that they didn't charge us the 10€ for cleaning when we returned the vehicle but they did not give us a clean vehicle to begin with. We gave the car a wash before returning it.

Cons: Full coverage charged double

Pros: Nice clean car . Good efficient staff

Cons: Car was located outside airport in Plain Mangien We were waiting at the meeting point for at least 20 mins before the rep arrived and than had to wait for a vehicle to pick us up and take us to the rental office. Returning the vehicle to their office was easy but finding the office was not easy.

Pros: good car, good service

Cons: meet and greet isnt at the airport- so wasted time to go to their office

Pros: excellent service

Cons: Not enough information on where they will meet and greet you . For the majority of customers it will be the first time they have visited Mauritius suggest provide further instructions on where they will meet you

Pros: The agents were polite but full of lies. I ordered a Toyota car and did not get it. The agent did not provide what I paid for.

Cons: Not given the car I paid for, Overcharged me by $25. when I said on return they just smirked.

Pros: Friendly and helpful service

Cons: Car could have been cleaner

Pros: We did not like the manager. I hope he pays us back our deposit. Sometimes better to pay some extra to have peaceful stay.

Cons: This agent tried to get an extra insurance cost. On the drop off, he said there was sand on the mat and we should pay 10€. If not he would keep our 600 €. But on the pick up, out and inside of the car was already very dirty. We had filmed it. The seats had salt marks door handles, everything was dirty. Car lamp adjustments did not work and show short distance. When a car was coming behind or towards us, it was difficult to see the road.

Pros: Very professionnal ! Easy pick-up and drop-off

Pros: We were met at the arrivals hall on time so well done. After 10 mins otside we were driven for 5 mins to the Mauriconnect depot completing the paperwork with Gannessa and paid the deposit of 1000 Euros. The car, Suzuki Swift, had to be cleaned, 15 min wait for that and then we inspected the car taking photos/video, and after explanation of the procedure in case of breakdown or accident we were ready to go. On returning the deposit was credited back. No frills but Great Value for money.

Cons: I was worried having read the reviews. It's not a fancy/upmarket operation but it worked for us and being a third of the cost of the international operators. The car had a few scratches and nicks but hey-ho!

Pros: Even though i selected pick up and drop off at the airport, it wasnt There was no one ate the airport waiting for us. I had to ask for help, call and wait even longer having waiting , and i informed the flight number and time. I had full insurance and they charged me additional insurance of 100€. There was a lot of delay in check in and drop off with a lot of confusion and waiting for them to take me to the airport.

Cons: I dont recommend it.

Cons: No display at the airport to find rental, long waiting time for transfer, rental agent trying to sell me additional insurance, even though I refused few times, car with dirty seats and completely bald rear tires, which is dangerous.

Pros: They are very helpful

Cons: No answer to this

Pros: Quick drop off and quick refund of deposit .

Cons: No meet and greet at airport.

Pros: Sono stati molto efficienti, veloci e disponibili!

Pros: Prompt and helpful service, and good value.

Cons: The car had many scratches, but not too serious.

Pros: very good value and friendly

Cons: need a 5 minute drive to collect car

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They made us meet them at the middle of the rental period because the car they gave us had to pass the MOT before our rental expired; they wanted to charge us for damage we didn’t do; pick up and drop off we’re very slow and awful; poor customer service; hidden fees. Worse company ever.

Pros: Helpful staff

Cons: We thought we took full insurance but they said it is not and asked us extra 80 euros to avoid the credit card block amount so we paid extra to avoid visiting police station etc when during accidents

Pros: Pleasant people. Nice hire car.

Cons: Inaccurate pick up instructions. Nobody waiting on our arrival into Mauritius. Poor communication when I had issues and needed help.

Pros: Agent helpfulness, only 3 km from the airport.

Cons: Problem to find their signs on the airport.

Pros: All service are very good ! Proper company ! Proper staff

Pros: Gave me all the information I needed

Pros: Horrible service, no car was provided to me, they are frauds.

Pros: Jordan was fun and great.

Pros: Car was in decent condition. One hub cap was missing.

Cons: The collection and drop off was quick.

Cons: Waited over an hour at the airport for someone

Pros: We have to either pay insurance or give hefty amount as caution deposit. I see its a valid trade off. Car is of excellent condition and very neat. Pickup is meet and greet by a person at airport. Drop off is at their office and they drop us at airport free of cost. Its just 5kms away.

Pros: Friendly staff!!

Cons: THe ick up sign in departure hall is not easy to fined It took more then 45 minutes waiting for the pick up to arrive.

Pros: They connect well with people

Cons: Nothing to blame

Pros: speed off pick up / drop off from the office to the airport

Cons: Attitude of the staff

Pros: The honesty and the customer service

Cons: Had to pay cleaning fee of 10 euro, although the car was in a good condition. I'm on holiday, I don't have a hoover with me to do a full clean.

Pros: They did not have my booking and did not do anything to help solve the problem.

Pros: Dependable and honesty

Cons: Type of car booked not available

Pros: Une Catastrophe! Des profiteurs! Des menteurs. Plus J'amais!! Trop chère, des tricheurs!

Cons: Rien!! C'est une Catastrophe! 10€ pour la nottoyage extra, la voiture etait tres sale au début.

Pros: The service was excellent Uttam was so helpful came at 1am to drop us to the airport. Thank you 😊

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Lot of extra hidden charges. Pick up from airport was late over an hour, got the car 2 hours later than in my reservation. Lot of hidden charges, they blame DiscoverCars to not showing those charges. Extra insurance for 60 EURO absolutely pushing, impossible to leave without buying it. The car was dirty, they couldn’t give a clean car but I have to return clean otherwise they charge me. Drop off: nobody in the office, drove to the airport, still no staff. Nightmare company

Pros: The car was fine - not particularly new, various dents and scratches. The electronic key didn't work. Otherwise it was fine.

Cons: The car was delivered with the tank 7/10 full. It's hard to top it up to the exact amount and I ended up putting in too much gas. Car rental companies should deliver cars with the tank full so you can fill it up before you return it. When I brought it back the agent made a half-hearted attempt to charge me 10 Euros for cleaning because there were a couple of bird droppings on the hood. I refused to pay and he didn't press the issue.

Pros: Very friendly staff

Cons: N/A

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Tried to scam us to pay for cleaning when our car was given to us dirty. The car did not unlock or start sometimes. The tires we’re completely used up and dangerous in the rain.

Pros: Erwin was helpful and friendly.

Pros: Very responsive and flexible.

Cons: I had to call a few times before someone came for the pick-up, and there was a miscommunication for the drop-off: I didnt know I was supposed to go to Mauriconnect and not the airport... but it got resolved very swiftly.

Pros: Easy to use no problems with the car, a very enjoyable rental and holiday.

Pros: Sadly not the car I booked but similar. If you are very specific on the car you want make sure you check and stipulate this.

Cons: The alternative car supplied was not very good and not what I initially chose. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.

Pros: Good car, good price.

Cons: Finding the agents to pick up and drop off the car wasn’t quite as easy as we had expected.

Cons: Petit défaut d'entretien de voiture, pile de clé HS, feu de croisement très mal réglé.

Pros: The Car was ok.

Cons: American Express is not accepted locally. You will be processed quickly, somewhere remote from the airport. You shoot a video so that all damage to the car is recorded. You have to bring the car back cleaned or have to pay extra for it.

Pros: Outm was flexible with the return of the car which was so nice for me to know. I came one day early but if I couldn’t be on my flight (I was on standby) I could pick up the car again.

Pros: Car quality was great and overall experience driving was great.

Cons: There were some slight damage to the car that was not highlighted properly by the agent on the form at the time of the pick-up. Fortunately we had taken pictures of the car on first day of possession on our phones and taken out full coverage for those minor incidents.

Pros: friendly service, they came to pick up our car which was broken, fast delivery of the car once we found them.

Cons: It took 4 hours for them to come and pick up the broken car when we were only 15' from their office, it wasn't clear where to meet them when picking up the car.

Pros: Easy to find an agent at the arrivals exit. Agent spoke good English.

Cons: Agent doesn’t give you a copy of the contract that you sign. There were no car parking spaces free when returning the car to the airport. We asked an agent to park our car for us. He asked us to wait until he returned to finish the rental. 45 mins later the agent didn’t find us. We nearly missed our flight as the agent advised that we would lose our deposit if we didn’t wait for him at the terminal entrance.

Pros: Available on said arrival gate on the airport

Pros: Prise en charge rapide. Véhicule récente.

Pros: Fast and efficient

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: I did not find the company professional or reliable

Cons: The car return employee stole my luggage and held it ransom until I paid an exorbitant charge for a very minor scratch. Completely unjustified Also attempted to steal my phone.

Pros: Easy and professional. Great value for money

Cons: Everything was A-OK

Pros: Good prices and friendly staff

Pros: Worst ever experience with Gatish and Ayush they made us feel miserable while trying to upsell the insurance which we already had with you. At one point we felt leave the cars here and forget about the money paid. It was an horrible experience

Cons: Good experience with Yashil and Uttam while dropping the car as we returned it in better condition that they gave us.

Cons: unclear conditions. and not mentionning that you are responsible for paying the gate when you leave the airport.

Cons: There is a scam... they compled us to pay extra insurance also it is not at all required. Plz dont entertain these guys.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Car wash bad condition

Pros: The pickup was the worst ever- tried to rip us off, made us wait, and scared us with pressure tactics (Ayub) the return was excellent and the person who took the car back was very friendly and very nice

Cons: Above

Cons: Represent not on site upon arrival, which was not advised on booking. Not being able to use a mobile on arrival caused us a problem.

Pros: We did not like the pressure the Rep put on us to take out their insurance and I explained to him that we had already taken out fully comprehensive insurance recomembered on the booking website

Pros: once they arrived the process moved relatively quickly

Cons: There was no one to meet us at the airport but a local number to contact by whatsapp was left on a window

Pros: Great check out. great car

Cons: No pickup near gate 5/6. we had to walk with all bags to Parking C4. lot of time goes during picking up. drop off was quicker.

Cons: 1) The picking up process lasted for an hour and a half 2) The car provided was not the car booked 3) It was dirty inside (I have pictures) 4) I was promised they will deliver the booked car later, never happened 5) They charged me in local currency using an inflated exchange rate (resulting in +23 euros extra charge)

Pros: Still ongoing and no one really help me

Pros: Friendly service.

Cons: Difficulty in finding the representative on pick-up & drop-off.

Pros: The gentleman that assisted was great

Cons: There was no one for meet and greet and also they operate from their car boot no offices

Pros: nothing

Cons: too high conversion rate they charged when paid using credit card as they wont accept local currency in cash, they only need euro in cash! car given was dirty, too far away parking, insurance paper not given at pick up but i was being asked about the same at the time of delivery, even after taking full insurance they wanted me to crosssell 100 Euro additional insurance by scaring me that it will take 2 years to recover my 30K MUR deposit in case of a claim.

Inadmissible

Pros: Nothing, They did not want to serve us. We rented 2 vehicles and no GPS in any of the vehicles and dropping off the vehicle the agent did not want to serve us again. He served the gentleman that had the similar vehicle type that came after me first and did not mention car wash to him... so I was a bit surprised that I got a mentioning of had to car wash the vehicle at the airport????? but I was not informed of this at pick up...

Cons: My family member had to call in to the office, waste time when we had flights to catch and the customer team dropped the phone on him whilst he was explaining the situation of both our vehicles to him.My family member asked if he had to wash his vehicle also at the airport, the agent dealing with my vehicle states No! that he got his vehicle empty and returned it with 3 bars or so and that is fine.My family member contested with him and got upset and states we have the same contract.

Pros: Tried to upsell insurance- would not quit.

Cons: Too long to get on the road - insurance upsell did not stop! First car with no AC. They did meet us to replace and second car was better.

Pros: Trustable, easy communicate, well prepared, meeting on time.

Cons: Left side mirror not working meaning could not see bikes, blind spot etc but fixed with a piece of paper

Cons: Representative were very slow and very rude

Pros: Polite. When returning the car; The personnel tried to be as helpful as possible

Cons: I did not like the hard and aggressive sell to purchase unnecessary additional insurance from Mauriconnect Car Rental. I already had full coverage.

Pros: One front light did not work. Ordered baby chairs- old shits, navigation handler was broked

Pros: Value for money

Cons: Automatic gearbox had a "flat spot" when gear changing took place Should brief one regarding the basic features of the car

Pros: Correct, good price

Cons: nothing

Pros: Friendly, helpful, agent in the car park. Made a portable card machine and got the keys

Cons: Car quality was poor, old, scratched automatic with little power and air-conditioner did not work nor was a USB plug available for my SatNav.

Pros: The agents - upon collection and return of the care - were excellent! Very friendly, informative and efficient was exactly what I needed...thank you to all three.

Cons: The agents were great! The quality of the car was poor - no stop/ start and very inefficient fuel use!

Pros: They did not really provide any service

Cons: They OVER CHARGED considerably

Pros: quick turn around when we returned the car.

Cons: Nobody was waiting for us at the airport and we stood around for nearly an hour, being harangued by local taxi drivers who even suggested that we abandon the hire and use them to get us to the hotel. Eventually the agent arrived, all bright and breezy, saying that he had been getting the car washed - but that still was not good enough as we had had a long flight and were very tired, wanting only to get to our hotel. It took ages for the agent to get the paperwork handed over.

Pros: Ease of rental. Only interest was the petrol level.

Cons: Representative meet&greet was not there to meet us on arrival.

Pros: Very friendly staff.

Cons: Took a long time to get the car picked up.

Pros: Great price and great service

Pros: Adrien was superb and made it an easy process. He explained in details about the company and the rental policy. Abishek collected the car and inspected as per policy and asserted all the questions. Thank you both.

Cons: Nothing to mention

Pros: nothing

Cons: it was a scam

Pros: No one came forward to see me I had to find the rental company all they did was get more money out of me

Cons: I dint like any service from this company

Pros: Not a lot of positives.

Cons: Wasn’t clear where to collect- took about 1 hour. Tried to charge me an additional 80€ even though I was fully covered by insurance. The car agent wasn’t bothered about filling in the existing damage sheet, he wanted me to do the work- the car was well used, scuffs, dents, scratches. damaged rear wiper. Tank wasn’t full! When I returned the car I was charged for cleaning the car. Front seat belt faulty , not interested told me to phone a number??? It’s illegal, arrogant man.

Pros: Relatively good price

Cons: First time to know customer need to clean the car before return

Cons: We had to clean the car before giving it back and we're not aware of it before arriving to Mauritius

Pros: Thant he waited for us upon arrival with our names on a document to make collection of the car easier

Cons: The long process and the long wait fol a person to drop off the car

Pros: Service was just perfect. Very polite and courteous staff. Keep up the good work.

Pros: The car was in very good condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The pick up at Gate 8 is not the most straight forward. There is no real reception and we were guided to Mauriconnect staff by locals. Only when you saw the polos and the business logo then it made sense. The worse thing was the sat nav. This was not a satnav it was a Samsung mobile phone with google maps. The attachment to the windscreen did not work and would continuously fall off the window. In the end my wife held the phone and directed me way. I would like a refund on the satnav payment.

Pros: price

Cons: car needs to be returned clean inside and outside so be prepared to pay extra for cleaning and finding a car wash no office, all paperwork etc done outside fuel is not full to full

Pros: Brand new car

Cons: - try to make you pay for little scratches you did not make or for cleaning the car (that was in standard conditions after 1 week of use) - very push in trying to sell additional insurance

Pros: Good value

Cons: Didn't get the car we hoped we had booked-Honda-we got a Swift instead which has a much lower safety rating

Pros: Friendly and efficient

Pros: Most helpful staff and simple paperwork

Cons: Not always somebody there to receive you at the airport and the worry of calling on what's app

Pros: The car is very heavy during climbs

Pros: Price is very good. Car was quite new and in good condition.

Cons: Nobody waited on us on agreed time in arrival hall. Local taxi drivers navigated us for C4 car parking, where Mauriconnect operates (no office at all...). Be prepared to check your car in most detail way (take photos), fill to contract any even smaller scratch or damage. Check fuel level, wash your car before returning...

Pros: They were very helpful

Cons: I would add a short map with special roundpoint rules in Mauritius.

Pros: Overall good value for money

Cons: Time consuming when collecting the vehicle

Pros: Clean, new cars

Cons: No agent at arrivals hall

Pros: Easy friendly.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. They were appalling. Rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, another rental company had to call them on our arrival as no one was there. They gave me an old phone with the screen hanging off as the sat Nav we paid for, incredibly dangerous and we had to buy a local sim and use our own phone instead as it was such a piece of junk, phones have lithium battery’s they shouldn’t be hanging apart. Of course we said this to the rental company but he was obnoxious and rude.

Cons: Everything. I’d rather walk than have anything to do with this company again.

Pros: Fast, easy, and friendly service.

Pros: Very helpful ABUshake I’m sure that is not how you spell his name

Pros: Excellent service. Outam (shown in picture with me) was very friendly and helpful. Always available on WhatsApp to answer my queries.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Staff were plea and helpful and car was reliable and clean

Cons: Need to make more staff available to assist their clients and to easily find the located area. Also preferably indoors to complete paperwork work etc., following a long haul flight

Pros: mi hanno restituito i soldi bloccati nella carta di credito dopo tre giorni

Cons: mi ha proposto oltre alla mia assicurazione fatta con discover una sua assicurazione del costo di 300 euro.
