Pick-up instructions
We will pick you up at Keflavík International Airport when your flight has arrived and you have collected your luggage. We will meet you in the arrival hall with Nordic Car Rental logo on a white board. From the airport we will transfer you directly to Keflavík Office, Bogatröð 1, 262 Reykjanesbær (Keflavík). There we deliver you the car and provide you with all the information you need. Nordic Car Rental representative arrives at the arrival hall every 20-30 minutes (given that customer are scheduled and have provided the correct flight information).

Pros: The car worked great. It had a number of dings on the outside, but who cares. It had everything we needed.
Cons: The pick up and drop off speed. There was one agent he was working with the same 2 people for the 40 minutes we waited. Finally, someone else came out.

Pros: Clear explanation of the rules, no attempts to push hidden charges, overall polite stuff. The car was in good condition, although it was a bit old.
Cons: We had to wait 30 minutes for the representative to come to us, and then another 20 minutes to drive us to the pickup facility (outside the airport). Then about 20 minutes to register and pick up the car. The van couldn't fit all of us, so we needed another 20 minutes to drive back with the rented car to pick up our friends. So overall, we wasted ~1:30h from the moment we arrived and called them till the time we were in the car ready to load it up.
