Pros: Drop off was simple. I did not get gouged with extra fees, but I had also purchased full coverage insurance.

Cons: Tire pressure was uneven for all 4 wheels. Also price was different than discover quote and there was an extra charge posted that I am waiting to hear about

Cons: I was pressured into getting additional insurance at the time of the pickup. And at the end of the pick, they charged me an additional 280,000 ISK for damages to the side of the car they said I was responsible for and had to pay. I've put in a claim with Discovercars given my additional insurance coverage.

Cons: The information given beforehand does not explain that they accept only credit cards and literally nothing else for deposit. It creates problems during pick-up for customers and lots of delays (which affect both pick-up and drop-off times, since the desks are not separated). Also, if you fail to bring the credit card (and only credit card), you are forced to pick one of their insurance programs (they are unable to freeze your deposit without the credit card)

Cons: I would not recommend this rental service. The customer service was awful; we waited for an hour to be dropped off at the airport. When I asked about the shuttle bus's departure time, the Polish staff were extremely rude. They were also yelling at other customers, threatening legal action if they didn’t pay for extra insurance. This experience significantly tainted our trip to Iceland, which would have otherwise been perfect. I will definitely not rent a car from here again.

The vehicle had over 250,000km with numerous issues that almost left us stranded. Fuel gauge was at 1/2 tank when we stopped to take a photo near GullFoss, after the few minutes for the picture we returned to vehicle and were welcomed by the fuel warning light and the gauge now blinking at zero. The car was 6000KM over the oil change, had 2 alerts on the dash board, was unbalanced, and the clutch (and I drive a standard) was shot. The studs were flat w/ the tires. The trunk didn't latch securely. And the windows were filthy inside and out. We picked up in the rain. We were parked in a puddle, the doors left open so the car was wet and steamy. It was take it or leave it.

They gave us a very old car at the beginning that it was not the car we booked. I have to come back from reykjavik to change the car for the model that I booked. But one more time it was without the studded tyres and are really necessary everywhere. in iceland all the cars we saw had the studded tyres and it was very irresponsible for the company yo put our lives in risk.

Not being able to have the whole party in the shuttle was a little inconvenient and lastly the shuttle driver was preoccupied reading his notes than driving causing more swerving in the snow.

Not a big issue but this could have been dangerous if we would have had an accident.

Cons: The process of shuttling people to/from the airport to the rental facility needs some serious improvement. There was only one driver working and he took people in the order in which they approached (or found) him, rather than in the order of their flight arrival.

Car had multiple scratches, pits in windshield... I was supposed to photograph them, but it was raining and there were so many that didn't even show up. This should be spelled out in the car descriptions, as we would probably have rented a smaller, cheaper car if we'd known that our 4x4 wasn't going to offer any additional driving flexibility.

Cons: They tried to give us different smaller vehicle then what we have booked, Have to go back to them to change vehicle because our luggage wasn't hold in trunk. After spending an hour and they thought that we are not going to give up they find a right size vehicle for us. When we return the vehicle they came up with there is few scratches/ damage by upper rear bumper which we might have missed when we picked up the vehicle. Same issue with one Senior Lady they claimed you have 42 scratches. NO NO

Cons: The car was old and worn out. Our first car broke down and was replaced. Our second car had a very noisy wheel bearing and would probably break down soon. Cars covered in damage already, but then agents questioning me about a tiny (existing) scratch on the return. Cheap cars.

Cons: Check in counter was full when I got there - Took an extra half hour to get my rental. A map of all parking lots requiring payment not made clear (only a couple were told about) as I got ticket at one with no signage that I could see that you needed to pay (very expensive service charge as well). Would be nice to get a type 2 to type 2 plug to plug in at charge stations for hybrids like I had.

Then had to walk back 15 minutes, then had to call and get the person who tried to pick us up and didn’t see us since we were gone to the wrong office. It took them 30 minutes. The site was 10 minutes from airport.

Pros: Everything went as advertised, we were picked up at the airport, paperwork and car handover took under 15 minutes, everything was nice and clear. Staff was friendly and responsive.

Personally it was not worth the price especially because the vehicles did not have a safety device to keep the car seat from moving more than 1” as required. Additionally the deductible really doesn’t cover any damage so ensure yiur personal insurance covers any damage that could occur

Pros: The overall process was efficient

Cons: The previous vehicle damages the company reported on the form during pick up were inaccurate. Despite informing the company of the additional damages noted within an hour after pick up AND taking timestamped photos of the damages, the drop off agent was giving a difficult time about the pre-existing damages that the company failed to properly document. This raised suspicion of whether the company tried to scam their customers.

Cons: Almost everything was terrible! - Cars provided have high mileage (+180000km) - Car quality is atrocious. Our car had scratches and broken parts everywhere. Broken USB plug, broken passenger window, the chassis underlay fell on the ground, the wheel alignment was off, the car interior lights didn't work. - The customer service is atrocious. No customer focus, our car lost the chassis underlay at 9pm. We called the rental agency straight away who directly accused us of breaking the car withou it.

Pros: Nothing. They didn’t even have space for us on pick up in the shuttle despite knowing how many people they were meant to collect. We had to wait an extra hour in the airport.

Cons: Honestly everything was terrible. From initial meet and greet through to email interactions asking about better tires and being told studs make no difference through to the final drop off.

Cons: few dents around the bodywork and on the wheels, but was a bit slow on the collection of the vehicle due to not enough pickup vehicles coming to the airport which meant that my wife had to wait for the second vehicle to pick her up but I went ahead to sort the car out.

Cons: When booked online I was told that the car company would have sign with my name in arrivals hall. This was not the case, I had to call the company to get picked up. This seemed to be the normal process, which is fine, just needs to be made clear when booking so customers know what to expect when getting off the plane.

None of the electronics worked inside the car (the usb,the screen, the blue tooth etc. The brakes needed new pads (very dangerous), the back wiper didn’t work and car kept showing an emergency signal that we’re told to ignore. Not pleased

Cons: 30 minute wait at arrivals. 30 minute wait in the office. Terrible old car with lights not working properly and to be told it is fine and working. Dangerous driving on dark ring roads with awful lights and bad wiper blades. Upon return attitude when I told them of the issues was awful. Deposit very high (£2,000) and not yet refunded 3 days after car returned.

Pros: Cheap Price, the car didn't make any problems and was almost as expected, since I was looking for a low cost car.

Cons: When picking up the car, they asked for my credit card. But they didn't only note the card number, but also the CVV! The car was okay, only seat heating didn't work and the windows needed several tries to get them closed. When returning the car, everything went very quick. We were still packing our bags in the trunk when one person already started driving away. They didn't hand over a confirmation of return, only said all is okay after I asked several times, but no document.

Pros: The drop off was expedited by driving usbto the terminal rather than wait for the bus. This is partly due to capacity availability for the bus. We would have waited an hour otherwise.

Cons: We waited for 90+ minutes for pick up from the airport due to low pick up capacity. This was incredibly frustrating. The rental was described and vehicle pick up at meet and greet which was misleading.

Pros: Quick and easy check-in and check-out. The staffs were friendly. Customer service was very helpful to answer all the questions we had whenever we called. Car provided was in top condition.

Cons: The service itself was fine. The car, while clean, was old and had those headlight issues I mentioned above. We had to do a lot of night-time driving and we never felt safe with their limited visibility.

The windscreen wipers and screenwash jets were not up to the job and between them and surprisingly weak headlights (unless main beam was on, not an option most of the time) it did not feel particularly safe to drive in Iceland's dark wintry conditions.
