Pros: It was good.
Cons: They didn't explain the controls on the car. Lights, wipers, etc. Also the low tire light was on and it wasn't a problem as there was not a low tire. They just hadn't reset the chip what a tire was removed earlier. It happens in all new cars that have that chip.
Pros: Kind, accommodating staff; check-in and check-out was smooth; there is a donation shelf where people could leave/take items for reuse; the delicious coffee machine for guests; pickup/drop-off at the airport was efficient and fast; because I had full-coverage through DiscoverCars.com, GreenMotion didn't place a security hold on my credit card which was a Godsend
Cons: Took over 1 hour to get the car and also the get back as its far away from airport, car was very old and radio not working good.
Pros: It’s no easy to find the agent and in the bus still there is the sign of green motion. We taken the bus to old location and I call customer service to pick up us in old hq. Any declaration at drop off or signature to had delivered the car properly.
Cons: Good, they suggested to me to pay for extra assistance between me and green motion because the no risk assurance performed was between discover cars and me. In case of accident I have been to pay the repairs to green motion and request the refund to you. Anything happened but the cost has been 500€ Or 1.000€
Pros: Friendly
Cons: Slow and not thorough, and too quick to get rid of you.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 80.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Cash, Cheques, Wire Transfer, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 01.11 until 30.04) Winter tires are included in price.
Additional charges will be applied.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
