Once you clear customs and enter the arrivals hall, you will see a sign for Car Rental Shuttle Service and our logo (Enterprise Rent-A-Car). The shuttle stop is located within a 1-minute walk from the terminal building. This shuttle will take you to the Car Rental Center, where Enterprise Rent a Car will be your fourth stop on the route.

Pros: Our flight was delayed and it made our pick up time later than expected, the agent was really helpful in sending me after-hour pick up instructions. She even helped me check in beforehand. When we dropped of the car the weather was getting really bad and the agent at the desk gave us a ride to the airport even though the shuttlebus was not scheduled for another hour. Appreciated the help from an over the phone agent that helped us with the kiosk at pick up because the kiosk was not working.
Cons: I did not like the fact that the windshield wipers most definetly needed changing and because of the weather they did not do the job and visability was really bad. Could have been dangerous. The online check-in did not work. Got the email sent three times and it never worked checking in via the link. The kiosk did not work right and I had to call the emergency number to get help getting the keys.

Pros: The employee we returned the car to was much nicer than the first. The first employee was incredibly rude didn’t listen to us and gave us no choices when they had to change our rental car.
Cons: The route employee and the fact that the car had mechanical issues which caused both the four-wheel-drive to not work ( a key feature we were looking for when selecting this vehicle ) and the car not working properly due to the hybrid system having problems

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 3430.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 15.04.
