Once you clear customs and enter the arrivals hall, you will see a sign for Car Rental Shuttle Service and our logo (Enterprise Rent-A-Car). The shuttle stop is located within a 1-minute walk from the terminal building. This shuttle will take you to the Car Rental Center, where Enterprise Rent a Car will be your fourth stop on the route.

Cons: The agent tried to charge us for windshield chip that was already there before we rented the car. I'm glad I took a video of the car when we picked it up, so after showing it to the agent he dropped the charges.

Pros: Our flight was delayed and it made our pick up time later than expected, the agent was really helpful in sending me after-hour pick up instructions. She even helped me check in beforehand. When we dropped of the car the weather was getting really bad and the agent at the desk gave us a ride to the airport even though the shuttlebus was not scheduled for another hour. Appreciated the help from an over the phone agent that helped us with the kiosk at pick up because the kiosk was not working.
Cons: I did not like the fact that the windshield wipers most definetly needed changing and because of the weather they did not do the job and visability was really bad. Could have been dangerous. The online check-in did not work. Got the email sent three times and it never worked checking in via the link. The kiosk did not work right and I had to call the emergency number to get help getting the keys.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
