Pros: Friendly reception on collection. Been to Venice airport many times so know where they are. Dropping off was not good due to the damage issue as described.

Cons: The damage to the car on collection was quite significant and I would prefer not to have been driving a car with that damage

Pros: First time we have used Italy for Rent hire car and everything was great. Liked the car and great to have front and rear sensors. Recommend and will use again

Cons: Sent photo's of very minor damage on the vehicle body (very minor, like a paint chip). Fortunately, I'd taken photo's of the vehicle prior to acceptance. The damage existed. I had to prove that the damage existed via photos provided back to the company, as they were attempting to charge me for repairs.

Cons: They try to sell new Insurance, and we mention the car to be equipped for winter when we visit the mountain part of Italy, they give a car with summer wheels and only winter chains.

Pros: This car rental is totally cheap. For a little invisible scratch that they forgot to mark they charged me EUR 230. Cheap and ridiculous. This car rental company should be demanded.

Cons: The interior of the car was in very poor condition, with a lot of dust, so I had to clean it myself. The child car seat was also dirty. Additionally, there were numerous scratches on the exterior of the vehicle, which took a considerable amount of time to check during pick-up.

Pros: Very efficient and friendly – everything was ready for us to collect and a very quick drop-off.

Pros: All Italy Car Rent Agents were wonderful! The car provided worked well and I had a great time on my trip.

Cons: I was scheduled to rent a car from RentalPlus. When I arrived, they told me there was no car available for me. The only option I had was to rent another car for an additional $780.

Cons: Absolute scam. Heavily pushing you to take their insurance cover even though I have already got the additional insurance. They will absolutely sting you for “damages” that should be deemed wear and tear. A light surface scratch that can be polished out with a cloth will set you back €190.

Cons: My flight was delayed, and I couldn’t collect my car on time. I was an hour and a half late for collection due to the late arrival of the aircraft. I specifically booked automatic transmission, the lady in the reception told us that because we are late our vehicle was rented out to someone else. I think this is ridiculous.

Then because flight was delayed we were told would need to pay 60 euro, the holiday starting with you was not getting off to a good start. In the end the gentlemen took away the fee and the rest was OK.
