Noleggiare at Venice Airport

Pros: Renting cars for 20 years now and this is the best car I rented in the last 20 years

Cons: Avoid this company, they’re a scam!! After a week of returning the car, they have sent an image with no clear damages saying I have caused this and now won’t refund my deposit. I have rented plenty of times and this is the first time with this company I am having to face this issue.

Cons: i ordered 9 seater car and after waiting at the car rental desk for 5 hours we got only 7 seater . they offered a manuel gear car which i didnt accept it . they forced me to extand the insurnce and i had to pay extra EUR 800 for it.

Cons: At car pickup time I asked for a Diesel car, I was offered a higher category car for a significantly higher price and my understanding was that that car is also automatic (this is the reason I accepted it). In the end the car proved to be manual, it took a while to find the car in the parking lot, and clearly the car (Range Rover Evoque, manual, Diesel) was not worth the money.......not user friendly at all......I unacceptable for car supposed to be luxury. Looks like there is not room to detail

Pros: The car was not real clean when we picked it up. There was tape residue on the inside of the windshield so we had to buy adhesive remover and paper towels and glass cleaner to clean it all up.

Cons: They should explain us in Venice airport about drop location of Milan airport.( normally drop location at Airport but they have far away & no one explained us about its exact location at the time of taking car . They provide jeep company instead Skoda , huge fuel consumption. Due to different location , we unable to fill tank due to panic because of flight time very short. We accepted fuel charges But don’t accepted fuel refilling services charges of @35 euro. So kindly refund us our extra debit

Cons: I received a car larger than the one required, difficult to drive, and very uncomfortable for the driver and passengers. It was exposed to several accidents, and the tires were shaking at high speeds. And the correspondence was done to change it, and they gave me a late date to change the car, and this will affect my trip, and I did not change it The car was the worst thing on my vacation

Neither they explained how to prevent having fines because of the ZTL Zones. Finally they gave us a wrong drop-off address , which made us lose 2 hours going around a very traffic-full zone.

Pros: The shuttle came very rapidly, after a phone call. Staff very helpful, customer oriented and efficient. Bringing back the car was swift and done just in a few minutes. Car very clean, inside and outside

Cons: I booked a automatic car. They gave me a manual. I told them I paid for an automatic car. They said they received the order from discover car as such. Called discover car, explained situation, passed phone to rental service, they spoke but in the end I still paid more l, cause they had no car in the booking class I paid for. Wasted over an hour there, I didn’t care just wanted to pay and get the car and leave. But this is what’s wrong with Italy, it’s no one s fault ever and some are thiefs

Pros: TERRIBLE! Their location was not at the airport, which was indicated on the rental agreement in tiny print that no one would have seen it. Had to find some who spoke English to reach them. Had to meet them at a random site to be taken to their lot a few miles away from the airport. While there the agent told us that the car we reserved, BMW 5 series or equivalent was not available, even though they had several, then they blamed DiscoverCar for renting BMW at that price & gave us station wagon

Cons: Terrible service, didn’t get the car we rented and they blamed DiscoveCar for bate and switch. Car was old, dirty and smells like smoke. We felt trapped and used. Absolutely terrible. Also, gave us no information on crossing into other countries, or how to gas us or operate the vehicle and navigation system, the return was even worse, the list never ends.

Cons: I was not advertised that deposit could be only taken from credit card and debit card would not work. Due to that I had to buy extra insurance.
