Pros: The pickup itself and signing the documents was simple and paper-less. Everything was sent to my email

Cons: The car was not ready when we arrived 20 minutes after agreed pickup time. We hand to wait additional 20 minutes before it was cleaned.

Cons: Terrible service. We dropped the car at night, took photos to prove that the car was returned in the same conditions exactly. No scratches were made at all. We received an email from the company saying we need to pay for damages. They showed pictures of scratches which we didn’t do. They didn’t provide any pictures of the damage with the rest of the car or the car plate. They showed the car plate in a different picture. We are not consenting to any payment from the deposits. Pls advise asap

Pros: Nothing. They cancelled our booking after our flight was delayed, and I had to book new transport with Avis which cost me €1,100. I will never book with Noleggiare ever again. The staff were rude and unhelpful.

Pros: The car was not real clean when we picked it up. There was tape residue on the inside of the windshield so we had to buy adhesive remover and paper towels and glass cleaner to clean it all up.

It was exposed to several accidents, and the tires were shaking at high speeds. Called discover car, explained situation, passed phone to rental service, they spoke but in the end I still paid more l, cause they had no car in the booking class I paid for. Had to meet them at a random site to be taken to their lot a few miles away from the airport. While there the agent told us that the car we reserved, BMW 5 series or equivalent was not available, even though they had several, then they blamed DiscoverCar for renting BMW at that price & gave us station wagon
