Pros: I didn't like anything about budget, I will never rent a car with budget ever again.

Cons: I was the 6th person in the queue and they took almost 2hours to hand over the key. Also I booked the automatic bigger size car, they gave me manual and small i10 car, which was very uncomfortable. they left me with no choice, they said we have only one car if you want to take it or else go somewhere else to rent the car. also they were forcing me to buy full insurance again, they said I bought insurance from Discover not from Budget so if there is a claim you have to pay the full amount.

Cons: Miscommunication about terms, between agents and with us. Full to full contradicted at check in desk, on early return we stated we would want to fuel to full if there was a charge. The key was taken and we were directed to to collection desk, where we were charged and the contract closed without our agreement even though we had raised concerns about extra costs and wanted to fill the car within our time

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2900.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax, Surcharges.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented. A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: driver license with photo.
Deposit and deductible policy
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Additional Driver, Mandatory surcharges, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

Available special equipment: Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 70 % battery charge remaining.
