Pros: It was very easy from booking the car, to picking it up the car and dropping the ar off. Car was very clean and great value.

Pros: Horrible communication almost got excited to say no to me

Pros: I did not have any technical problem with the car.

Cons: I had to buy quite expensive insurance, and they did not offer me the option of rental agreement of excess (deductible).

Pros: Fallou assisted us and was great very straightforward

Cons: The transfer back to the airport was awful. We were sat on a bus for over 20 mins. He was having a chat with a colleague. We had a connection to make but the driver explained it was a shuttle and not a taxi. He has rude and dismissive. He talked in Italian to other Italian passengers in a very impolite way. I know, I speak basic Italian. Don't use if in a hurry.

Cons: Number I was told to call was an automated message in Italian. Luckily I was in the right pick up area and bus was relatively easy to catch.

Pros: The car was great and good value for money.

Cons: During the rental period, the front bumper sustained a small scratch. The rental company did not handle the damage properly: they could not provide me with a signed copy of the rental agreement and nearly forgot to complete the obligatory damage form, which they only signed after repeated requests. Despite our clear explanation that signed copies of both documents were required for insurance, they failed to provide them—something any rental company should normally know and do.

Cons: Absolutely do not rent. They invented policy requiring an international drivers license certificate that no other agency required. Total scam. Please go elsewhere and pay a bit more.

Cons: They were rude and did not rent the car to us because we did not have a physical IDP. Which it did not say in our rental contract. And we received no refund. We arrive after a long flight and high stressed day to not having a car that was the sole means for our trip.

Pros: Pre-paid ‘policy’ says it’s non-refundable. This does not sit well with my family’s ‘value for money’ or ‘decent service’ or ‘transparency’ policies.

Pros: My flight was delayed several hours and the plane landed after working hours and the agent waited for me to pick up the car without extra cost or fuss.

Cons: Hard to find the pick up point but was send instructions over whatsapp

Cons: When we were informed that we were not able to rent the car, we did a quick internet search and saw that we could get a digital copy. We were informed that Italy does have different laws and we were more than welcome to talk to the police. She rudely refused to accept the digital. We were very much aware Italian laws were different prior to the trip. She already had our money and was now free to rent the car to someone else.

Pros: Shuttle wasn't too hard to find and agent was fast and professional.

Cons: I was surprised by the cross border charge to go into Austria, as I hadn't seen it on the initial form I was sent, but otherwise they were good. Would rent with them again.

Cons: After booking a Jeep Compass they tried to give me some unknown Chinese car that runs on gas! I upgraded to the Peugeot.

Cons: Half full tank, service and low tyre pressure lights on (1.5 bar rather than 2.3 - had to stop to inflate the tyres), empty windscreen wash, 35 minutes wait in freezing conditions for a pick up, very unhelpful driver refusing to take the skis - both on the way to and from the airport, would never use this service again

Pros: We wait shuttlecar 1h40min at the meetingpoint! Other groups bus pick up people about every 10min.

Cons: Very angry man on the Galdieri desk. He did not answer anything, when we ask why we must wait almost 2hours on the meeting point.

I purchased and added more oil to the engine which fixed the problem, but GaldieriRent refused to compensate me the price of the oil. I'm very dissatisfied with such attitude.

Galdieri rent failed to tell us that this was the case we I rang to advise of delay ( once I had landed) and they arranged a shuttlebus to Venice airport. Once at their offices , told my car was gone and only car available was a very expensive large car option. As out of airport and late at night , felt no option but take the offer. Avoid Discover Cars and GaldieriRent

Cons: 40 minute wait for airport pick up. No warning on getting the highway pass for Slovenia, we had a €150 fine because the man on check in did not tell us. Instead he was rude and pushed €480 full coverage, he then dropped this down to €360 for a deal, where was he getting these numbers from? Not professional.

Traveled 50 counties, renting vehicles everywhere, and never had to deal with this. As a "favor", he did not charge me a cleaning fee. I give Mostafa a 2 out of 10 on customer service.

Cons: I think the discount “full to empty” was oversold. The price was 68 euros. Half a tank costed me 35 euros during our visit. The car wasn’t even quite full when we picked up the car.

Cons: Fine print states to bring a master or visa credit card. They offer to accept a debit card if full insurance is bought through them at an extortionate price. Indicating that the use of a debit card is generally possible. Cards on the second drivers name can not be used unless the second driver is changed to first driver at a fee of €25. This seems like a good old rip off. Especially considering it took her 2 minutes to change the names. Person at pick up was unfriendly.

Cons: You need to read carefully what documents/things to do in order not to get extra charge. If you follow the rules of the company, everything is fine. Had some trouble at pickup at the airport. My plane was late so I was not on time for the car pickup and the guy on the phone told me there was no car for me anymore.... Pretty bad first impression, but after talking a bit more we sorted things out and everything went smoothly afterwards.
