Pros: Very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The agents were a bit careless, "just sign and go"

Pros: There was no line waiting at the counter, and the car was good.

Cons: We got the car with a puncture. We heard a knocking sound all the way from the airport without being able to pinpoint its source, only to discover the next morning at the hotel that the tire was flat due to a huge screw stuck in it.

Pros: Nothing as we didn’t have a car when we arrived

Pros: The agent was helpful and pleasant.

Cons: Pick up time was 8am but there was no agent at the desk at 8am. The agent arrived after 8:15am

Cons: El coche estaba sucio tanto por fuera como por dentro, el terminal de tarjeta de crédito no admitía las tarjetas modernas y le pasó a más gente que lo vimos a nuestra llegada que tenían que llamar a su banco perdiendo el tiempo (no sabemos si al final pudieron solucionarlo), el primer día se fundió la bombilla de un faro y no nos reembolsaron el coste del cambio ya que lo tuvimos que hacer sin factura al estar en un pueblo de la montaña. Pero la suciedad del corche es lo que más nos llamó la ate

Cons: The car didn't have a full tank as advertised and that is frustrating because it's not easy to return it the exactly same. Also, there was no windscreen washing fluid.

Pros: The lady worked for Ecovia at Venice pick up location was really friendly and spoke good English. She was helpful and easy to deal with.

Cons: The location to pick up the car from Venice airport wasn’t really easy to find as some agents located inside the terminal building and some located in the Parking Buildings and required further walks. It was confusing for us.

Cons: The rent office in Venice is connected to the airport and you can easily pick up your car.

Cons: How difficult it was to find the car rental drop off and being charged €50 for having a few litres short of a full tank, which is pretty disgusting

Cons: The company culture and system they have created is only for them, but not customer. In case you car broke down on the road (not at our fault). You will be exposed to no options but handle by yourself in the snowy night on the road side. 24 hours helpline, first, always no one pick up, then they could only coming in next day, and they only interested to tow the car, but no solution for replacement car. What about rental office, yes, they pick up the call, but they wanna us to call helpline.

Pros: the car was in good condition.

Cons: The man at the desk in Venice was very rude and we were delayed in Rome because we the address was incorrect on the email and it was really difficult to find the drop off point and no one was there. And I still haven't received the deposit money back!

Cons: The staff member at Venice airport was rude and arrogant..he said the car had no scratches but if we found any to take a photo and email them through.. upon inspection we found 3 minor scratches. We took photos and emailed them through.. upon drop we were told no email was sent so again had to find the photos and send them through.. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend Ecovia..

Cons: I had a very bad condition summer tires on the winter time , The car shouldn't be on the road ! Battery in the car keys need replacement, screen washer without freezing liquid !!!

Pros: The man at the desk was friendly, spoke great English so explained everything to us.

Cons: It was hard to find the drop off in Pisa airport as I did a one way but once found it was signed and easy to get to the terminal.

Cons: The tiny mark they found on the side view mirror was very skeptical. It could have been there from the start and nobody would have noticed it and now I’m going to have to pay for it. They take advantage of tourists when they can, not surprised.

Cons: Service was fine, Metano in Italy is horrible,,, planning and finding stations , especially in remote area was horrible, caused a lot of grief… great idea,, can’t succeed without the proper tools…

Pros: I felt they appropriately documented prior damages to the car and I didn’t feel nervous about being charged for damages I did not do.

Cons: The car did not have a spare tire. I mentioned this to the representative and they said their cars did not have spares.

Cons: I book for a station wagon but got a SUV. I have many pieces of luggages so the trunk cannot accommodate all 5 pieces. We have to put one in the car seat. I compared the trunk space to book the car but didn’t get what I’ve booked. Although they’ve upgraded me to auto transmission but not good in terms of trunk space. I specifically compared the boot space before making a reservation

Cons: They provided a car with lots of dents, a hazard warning light which they assured us was not a problem. The car developed a problem on the way to the villa. The front right wheel caused a shuddering or vibration. The fault was intermittent but our attempts to get something done about it proved futile. We were passed between the booking desk in Venice and Assistance but no viable help was given. We ended up driving a possibly dangerous car back to the airport with a friend following.

Pros: So. I arrived, the rep gave me a car and said they are eco friendly and the car runs on gas and petrol,it came empty of gas and the gas station is 16km away- not on my route,After much discussion I didn't have a choice and took the car.The time was 9.30 and the aforementioned petrol station closes at 9.45.fortunately a warning light came on and I returned to ask about it,It was then explained it was because there was no gas.I then asked how big is the petrol tank,15 litres was the answer!!!!

Cons: So this woman wanted me to drive to the Dolomites on a15 litre petrol tank and would have had to search for petrol stations constantly. She then said she had a car with a normal petrol tank, but since it had snow tires I would have to pay the full sum of the extra,i.e 105 euro.Not happening, in the end she "found "a diesel car that had been returned and was still dirty,I took that and the car was fine.

Pros: I was satisfied from services provided from Ecovia.
