Pros: Sadly, nothing.
Cons: The condition of the car wasn’t clean at all and the car had a lot of both internal & external damage. The car had no floor matts which was strange, so overall it just wasn’t a comfortable car to be in. Also the queue for pick up took 2 hours and was very slow which was not helpful when you have a young baby. I appreciate you have to wait which is no problem, however 2 hours is far too long and can definitely be improved.

Pros: Everything, the agent on the pick up was very kind and we have an issue with the first car assigned, there was a nail in one of the wheels, we reliazed when we review the care on our own, making the video an so on. Then I had to come back and report it. The agent changed the car very quick and efficient so we can start our trip.
Cons: Nothing really, the only negative part was that the first car had the nail so we lost a bit of time on the changing car process. Other than that was all ok.

Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
