Cons: they wanted to make me pay for a not spottless clean car because it rained on it. that was really dodgy politics. at the end i did't pay extra but they shouldn't have tried.

Pros: They were extremely efficient and very nice. Advised properly at noting damages to the car before renting. Very timely with both pick up and drop off, with really good shuttle service. Provided a very nice Opel Corsa, orange, easy to locate wherever we went

Cons: They tried to blame us for a scratch on the car that was already there . Fortunately we took pictures at check in. They should be ashamed ! Took 1.5 hours to get the car and there was no line up in font of us. Pressure to buy heir insurance as we were already covered

Cons: Despite having paid extra for the additional insurance package when I booked on-line the agent still tried to sell me more insurance at the ridiculous price of €37 per day for 9 days. When families go on holiday they budget their money very carefully and don’t expect another €340 euro charge on collection

Pros: Giada was very efficient and friendly, answered all my questions and gave us an advise regarding visiting places we were interested in. Additionally, I was really impressed with the knowledge of Russian Language we were able to communicate in. Thank you very much Giada, you are the great asset to the company.

Cons: This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This company is predatory. When we returned the car, they located scratches that were already there and suggested that they were much worse or new. First, they accepted my video of the outside of the car, excluding one scratch. I have insurance on my card and they gave me an invoice to submit to them for $300+ for one scratch. They said it would be removed from the deposit, but the entire deposit was charged to my card. This is a scam.

Cons: The guy who works at the Venice office is horrible. You need to take a shuttle to get to the office and it's not easy to arrange. Returning the car in Verona was hard to find and the wait was very long.
Pros: They would not provide me my car because they said my license was not valid but after calling a friend to drive 1 hour and pick me up and my family was freezing we went to Vicenza the next day and had no problem renting from Avis using my same California Drivers License that Viaggere rejected

Cons: Viaggiare was unable to settle the windshield chip damage and said they will have to work with discover cars for settlement. We are still waiting for refund after more than a month from discover cars. This is not acceptable since we took full insurance

Cons: Never got the car. Rude receptionist that talked for 20 minutes with a friend before recognizing we existed. Tried to sell us an ensurance even though we had bought the full coverage. Had to go to a hertz and rent another car, because she all of a sudden didn't accept Visa while belittling us for being late.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
Credit card must be valid during rental period for at least 180 days.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
