Pros: Fast and good service.
Pros: The car was in good condition.
Cons: They would not compensate and stay open for longer even when our flight was delayed. We were lucky that family could go to the airport and convince staff to stay open for an extra 45min so that we could get our car. Other people might have been stranded there. This is not great customer service. The car was located 10min away from the airport - not at any time were we made aware of this and being a wheelchair user made it very difficult - no help offered from staff.
Cons: Absolutely not friendly experience: - online check not working - long queue for pick up - priority given to phone calls rather than customers waiting at the desk (almost 1h30 spent at the desk to have a car...) - absolutely not efficient process for pick up.
Pros: Team were generally polite
Cons: Viaggiare prices are low but double check every inch of your car before you collect it. Our car had lots of scratches on the plastic body work such as the wheels covers and bumper. Given the number of scratches on the plastic I photographed 3 or 4 of the scratches and not all. BUT when I returned the car the Viaggiare team charged us an extra €120 for a single scratch on the plastic which I had not photographed. I explained that there were many scratches all over the plastics but it didn’t help.
Cons: Office is nowhere near the cars location so was not shown around the car on pick up, told to take photos if any damage not on record sheet. Nobody present when dropping car off at the end of hire, again had to drop keys at the office, got off the plane to a £300 bill for a scratch the size around 10mm wide, luckily had all videos and pictures showing this, emailed these immediately, had no response to 3 emails and still have the credit card deposit being held, absolute scammers

Rental Conditions

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
Credit card must be valid during rental period for at least 180 days.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
