Pros: Didn't feel any attempt to get more money for us or "find" damage to the car. They were straight forward, honest and easy to deal with both upon pickup and return. I found a mark to the rear of the car at pick up that was not noted on the signed forms. Once I alerted a staff member before leaving pickup they took note of it and updated the docs without hesitation

As I spotted the Sicily by Car mobile unit, I hit one of the yellow and black, chain-linked bollards. Parked into spot 12. Immediately a lady approached and started writing things on her iPad and taking photographs. She was talking very aggressively and accused me of trying to get something from her when I had already explained

Cons: The pick up process resulted in confusion and disruption due to poor communication and service by the staff at desk. I was advised that my credit card did not qualify for the car I had booked - which in the end was not accurate. The staff person could have asked better questions - but instead made a quick judgement - causing frustration and back up in processing other clients - she was the only on at the desk. I do think better Training in customer service can address this issue.
