Cons: extremely rude staff, I was actually verbally abused by the clerk. Car smaller than what I had booked (4 seats instead of 5) Vague terms, looking for any kind of ambiguity to skim you for more. I am now in the middle of a European Consumer Protection Agency complaint.

Cons: The pick up process resulted in confusion and disruption due to poor communication and service by the staff at desk. I was advised that my credit card did not qualify for the car I had booked - which in the end was not accurate. The staff person could have asked better questions - but instead made a quick judgement - causing frustration and back up in processing other clients - she was the only on at the desk. I do think better Training in customer service can address this issue.
Pros: The checkin was very easy once we got to the desk.
Cons: The tank was just below full when I picked it up, and I filled it before dropping off, but they told me that I was just below even when it was identical to pickup.

Cons: Perhaps this is still an after-effect of COVID-19 as the car rental desks in the airport were all closed and they had moved to a portacabin on the hot, top story of the multi-story carpark.

Pros: One of the worst rental company to deal with. The car broken day the first day we took it and I didn’t have a car for 3 days and the company don’t care at all.
Pros: Great customer service. When we had to extend our rental, call service gave me directions on who to email and then the representative emailed me back very quickly.
Cons: Car was in a very poor condition compared to what I booked. Had many scratches and dents. Even though I had additional excess insurance I was pressured to buying their insurance because it wasn’t ‘with them’. I refused.

For rentals lasting 27 to 45 days, mileage is limited to 2500 km per month. Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
To rent the following vehicle category(ies): Luxury, Premium, Special, you must provide the following document(s) at pickup: return flight ticket, flight information, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.), 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline), 2 credit cards.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
For the Luxury, Premium, Special car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
Payments and deposits with the following payment method(s): Visa Gold credit card, Visa Platinum credit card, Mastercard Gold credit card, Mastercard Platinum credit card, American Express Gold credit card, American Express Platinum credit card, Diners Classic Corporate, Diners Corporate Individual are accepted only for the following car group(s): Luxury, Premium, Special.
All credit cards must be capable of the following: PIN verification; cards without this capability will not be accepted.
Visa Electron, Cash, Cheques, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Phone number, Flight number.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
