Pick-up instructions
Our Venice Airport office is located in the new Rent a car area, on the third level of "Multipiano Parking 1". Leaving the terminal, you will find directions and a pedestrian footpath, covered by a shelter, that will lead you in front of the parking garage. There you will find other signs showing two lifts, short distance from each other. The trail is about 300 meters. Going to the third floor, you will reach the new Rent a car area. Roberta Ballarin and her staff are ready to welcome you and provide you with the best service.
Drop-off instructions
When approaching the airport, you will need to follow the "Car Rental Return" signs. Thus you will reach the "Multipiano Parking 1", where you will have to take the ticket issued at the entrance ramp. This ticket must be retained to be inserted in another machine, acting another barrier that will allow you to access to the third floor of the building.

Pros: The rental price was the best available at the time of booking. The rental and service agents provided great service and were very pleasant.
Cons: A bit of a walk to get to the rental building and counter, but the walk is inside an enclosed bridge and there are moving sidewalks to assist those with luggage.

Mileage policy
For rentals of 1–27 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 117 km per day.

A young driver fee of 15.84 EUR per day applies to drivers under the age of 25, with a maximum of 79.20 EUR per rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
