Pick-up instructions
Our Venice Airport office is located in the new Rent a car area, on the third level of "Multipiano Parking 1". Leaving the terminal, you will find directions and a pedestrian footpath, covered by a shelter, that will lead you in front of the parking garage. There you will find other signs showing two lifts, short distance from each other. The trail is about 300 meters. Going to the third floor, you will reach the new Rent a car area. Roberta Ballarin and her staff are ready to welcome you and provide you with the best service.
Drop-off instructions
When approaching the airport, you will need to follow the "Car Rental Return" signs. Thus you will reach the "Multipiano Parking 1", where you will have to take the ticket issued at the entrance ramp. This ticket must be retained to be inserted in another machine, acting another barrier that will allow you to access to the third floor of the building.

Pros: If you know how to navigate the venice airport it's great, if you don't you have to walk a good distance, although there are free luggage carts
Cons: I wish I knew exactly what car I would receive. I often go the mountain with skis and I want to know the exact car, not just the class.

Pros: There was a lovely young lady who gave us ample time to check the car before we drove away
Cons: Very very slow at pick up. The queue was only 3 people long but took over an hour. At drop off the cleaning staff in the car park were also very rude.
