Cons: Unenthusiastic people at pick up and drop off. Car was completely dirty outside and we had to top up fluid in radiator and window washer fluid. Just as well we checked radiator. Excessive expense of insuranc makes the price of car hire ridiculously expensive.

Cons: At beginning the agent guide me to the additional insurance, I bought it. And after I return the car, they charged me additional 48 euros. They said it was the full fill the tank fee and service fee. I objected it. Actually before I returned the car, I filled the tank until I couldn’t fill any more, but the meter was pointing at 7/8. I thought the car has the issue for the meter as I got the car in Venice airport the meter was at the same position. Unfortunately I didn’t take the pictures.

The fact that I had to use a separate website to actually try to locate CNG gas And drive hours out of my way or stop every 100 km to fill up the emergency tank was the biggest worry of my trip and would tell people to run away from this company.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.

Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: South Tyrol.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
