Pros: I didn't know it was goldcar. It i knew this, i woudn't rent here. But i was happy with everything.

Cons: I had a full covarage. But they tried to sell me an aditional insurance and they where warning me i could not get back my 1.100 € deposit even though i had full covarage.

Cons: The Alicante Airport pick up desk. Pre warned about the sale of extras at the pickup desk. Unfortunately they would not except the answer no at one point I was about to walk away and get the bus.

Cons: Very pushy agent trying to tell me the car we hired was too small, He told me it was quite old with lots of minor damage. Insisted we took out full insurance cover with scarey made up situations. Tried to persuade me to go for a new car that was totally inappropriate for my needs. Too aggressive for my liking. Won’t be going back to Goldcar after many years of goii on d service.

Pros: Verry easy and unbelieveble cheap. Only the insurence is not in line with the rent (rent 8,- and insurence 24,-)

Cons: 3 times rent in Alicante airport bij "Coldcat/Interrent": 1 time: 32,17 airport fee 2 time: 2,99 airport fee 3 time: 23,16 Airport fee There is already an airport surcharge on the reservation. There is an * on the reservation, but the difference between 0,51 on the reservation ans 32 is a big difference on this amount. Tip: Please send a digital UBL invoice!!

Cons: Rude, lazy staff. Did not provide a car with automatic transmission as requested. Tried to tell me discover car hires damage waiver was worthless. Car provided was dirty and damaged. Staff would not help us to locate car in car park. No parking spaces available when we returned car.

Cons: Complete lack of planning, staffing and parking capacity at Alicante airport on return. We and many others waited for a space and service for nearly an hour. If flight wasn’t delayed it would have been very tight.

Cons: Car insurance wasn’t clear. I took out full cover when I booked online, at service desk was told this insurance didn’t cover me if I damaged vehicle, 151 extra euros asked for full cover. I didn’t pay this.
