Pros: cheap and got a free upgrade from economy car to a small suv. the shuttle was not at the airport and thankfully a local taxi driver called them on his phone and they came within half an hour , i would suggest to just spend a few dollars and take a taxi to the rental office. the return was fast and had no issues with the employees there . the car had a spare tyre and tools , very useful in mexico. and did not push for any extra coverages since i had my own from discover and from american express

Cons: car was very damaged very dirty and fuel was almost empty, car had oil change overdue message when picked up and the employee just rest the timer.... the shuttle was not at the airport and thankfully a local taxi driver called them on his phone and they came within half an hour , i would suggest to just spend a few dollars and take a taxi to the rental office. tha car had no luggage compartment cover so it was a problem to leave my luggage in the car even for very short trips to the convinience

Pros: The car was fine.

Cons: The agent would only accept cash payment for the rate on the voucher although the voucher said we should pay by card. In case we would pay by card he charged us about 80 euro extra 'for taxes'. We did not accept and then he dropped the extra charge to about 20 euro which we reluctantly accepted. We rented full to full, but the fuel tank was completely empty with only 15 km remaining. We again protested but the agent told us all cars where with an empty tank. Obviously they empty the fuel tanks.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1030.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
