Enter Parking Lot 5, where there is a sign for the new shuttle. The Fly Park shuttle is a white vehicle with a purple sticker that says "Fly Park" in acid-green lettering.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. They are a terrible company

Cons: The car rental company that we were booked through (through your website) was absolutely terrible. Did not give us the car we originally rented, refused to acknowledge the insurance we paid for through your website and charged us 500 more euros at the time of pickup. The car had multiple issues-AC broke, the navigation/console screen completely turns off. They called harassing us the day we were returning our car saying we needed to return it “right now”. Multiple customers were having issues

Pros: Cena was helpful

Cons: They mandate that the name on your credit card match the license exactly. If it doesn’t they make you buy incredibly expensive insurance. What a scam. They don’t consider cleaning to be part of the rental; the car was dirty when I got it yet they still charged me at drop off.

Pros: The staff were friendly

Cons: My booking was for a jeep renegade, I was given seat Arona which was a terrible car, It immediately displayed a message on the instrument panel that the service was due, it didnt have a spare wheel which is a critical safety feature of all cars. and the feature that shuts the car off when it comes to a stop was faulty and shut the car off before it had stopped and then immediately turned itself back on

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
