Pros: He was polite

Cons: I booked a 2017 model ford fiesta or similar and was given a 2014 opel corsa. Was told it was economical on fuel, it averaged 21mpg. Engine warning light was constantly on. Car shook in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear. Drivers seat kept adjusting itself. Fan directions for the air con were all broken so air flow direction couldn't he changed. Front bumper kept coming off.
