To find Click&Rent courtesy bus, once you leave the baggage reclaim area, turn left inside the terminal and follow the signs to the car park, which will take you to the Arrivals exit through the doors of dock 6 (on the right) and cross it until you reach the car park building. Crossing the road once you have exited the terminal towards the car park, you will see a sign at the front of the car park indicating ‘TRANSPORT MEETING POINT’ right where you need to enter to get to the car park. Once inside the car park, you will find the door to the TRANSPORT MEETING POINT just in front of the car park and you will find company courtesy service. Contact telephone number: 0034 971 730 696

Pros: Great service. All staff friendly and pilte. Great price for a great car.

Cons: The directions to the shuttle bus pickup point were a bit unclear. The telephone contact number was a national number and didn't allow me to call the local office.

Pros: Car when we eventually got sorted was excellent and drop off process went well.

Cons: Pick up coach not easy to find, process to get car very long. Car hired not available so had to upgrade to more expensive car. They seem to be more interested in taking more money off clients!!!

Pros: Nice people both ends, fast return, no fuzz around the prepaid insurance.

Cons: Hard to find the shuttle bus, no signs or anything, but we saw it leaving the airport, so found it that way. I had done the online check in, but it still took almost an hour to get the keys to the car.

Pros: Once we found the representative they were very quick to transport is to collect the car. The initial representative was quick, professional and funny 😁

Cons: When we dropped off the car the drop off was smooth and Mike was great apart from a hiccup with the WiFi overall a great experience 👍

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The first car was not a premium 9 pp van, but a standard van, which is what we paid for. The AC didn’t work, there was no navigation or back up guidance. We went back the next day and they said they don’t have premium vans. They gave us another van which had working AC and some back up assistance, but every few minutes the dash would flash and beep for two mins straight. The company also tried to make us pay for the gas coming back to switch cars.

Cons: >2 hour wait to pick up. Dozens of families queuing, but just 2 desks open. Manager unapologetic and apparently oblivious to the chaos. "We have all had a long day" She said in response to complaints. Then refused to provide hard copy of documentation. I suggest worth paying extra to avoid these people.

Pros: Friendly, no undue pressure to take out their insurance or attempts to claim we had scratched it, when we hadn't which seems to be happening with some hire car companies.

Cons: Requested a Ford Focus, which was not available. Fiat we had was fine, but not as good as a Ford Focus! Had to pay with the same credit cars which held the deposit, although we wanted to pay with a different card.

Pros: Car was clean, we didn't get the car we booked but they exchanged for a similar type and a newer model.

Cons: The agent at drop off made a joke that my €200 fuel deposit would be going to his bank account which genuinely stopped my heart for a good couple of seconds as I returned the car full!! He did then explain later that it was a joke but wasn't particularly funny at the time.

Cons: Some damage to car. Representative said photos of damage were emailed to us but the photos didn't open. Luckily we took our own photos of existing damage and emailed them. On returning the car the representative said he'd not got the existing damage recorded. Luckily we had photos and an email. He accepted this.

Pros: Great car for around Mallorca, staff were friendly and dealt with us very quickly so pick up and drop off was great.

Cons: We missed online that American Express was not accepted which therefore required a fee to use a debit card, a little annoying given amex's prevelance. The instructions on pick up from the airport were fine but we misunderstood shuttle bus I would say it's a mini van rather then a shuttle bus, we got on the wrong one. Could be worth stating that multiple mini-vans are parked up for the various rental companies, look out for ClickRent if not there yet it will be soon.
