Cons: Waited 30 mins for an agent to arrive - their booth was empty . Took another 20 mins to process payment . When I returned the vehicle I was forced to pay for a "specialist clean" because of some marks on the vehicle which I could remove with my finger . Total fraud and rip-off . Will never use them again

Pros: The pickup was OK and Mr. NITISH the agent was very helpful. Separate letter will be send with request to cover some "damage" .
Cons: As I mention in this report, a separate letter with details will be sent shortly. At car return, 3-4 agent of LKD surrounded me with repeated blame of making some scratch on the left front rim (the original damage report from pickup, showed about 4-5 serious damages) . In spite I knew that discovercar is covering me, it took about over 90 minutes to argue with them not to charge me at all resulting at the end charging half of the deposit- it is ridiculous and looks suspicious to say the least.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 550.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 100 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
