Cons: Rude and unhelpful member of staff at the pick up point. Also was questioned on damage to the car on return, thankfully I had taken photos of this when collecting

Pros: Upon check in, the agents were very friendly and helpful. In addition, when we needed to upgrade on the spot because the original car we rented was too small, the agent made if very easy. However, the agent did inspect the car with us or instruct us to do the same.

Cons: We had a very bad experience with the return agent. Please contact me directly at +1 719.776.0366 or theliljas@theliljas.com to discuss. We are in the process of filing a complaint with our credit card company for charges associated with damage we did not cause to the car's rims and that is normal wear and tear. We believe the agent was looking for any possible damage because we did not purchase the extended liability coverage, so he extorted 140 euros from us for minor marring on the rims.

Cons: The brand was ok mobility not actually ace. All very confusing. Reps at checkin desk unhelpful and took a long time. Didn't support with early drop off.

Pros: I thought it was well communicated in plain english and met expectations overall. There's always going to be delays for pickup, but it really was a good system

Cons: The Ace Rent a car shuttle from Palma airport was difficult to find. You had to hop on the OKCar shuttle and Ace was very very small logo on the side of the van. Information counter at PMI didn't know who Ace was and thought it was part of GOLD Rentals. The drop off was SUPER hard to find since it wasn't with the rest. We wandered around in circles for 30 minutes until we found it.

Pros: Only good thing was car was new, clean

Cons: Nothing terrible service ace cars was another name for rhodium cars who in turn were gold car rentals, no sign at terminal desk took ages to find, car type ordered not available tried to give free up grade to larger car which was unacceptable. Returning car was a farce, was not told there was no fuel station at airport, so unable to fill car up so was fined as it was full to full. No fuel stations sign posted. Lack of parking at airport and clear directions for dropping car off

Cons: Counter staff at Mallorca Airport automatically charged full insurance cover at the time of the car pickup and stated it was not optional, even though the booking confirmation voucher stated insurance cover was already included.

The cost of the insurance was excessive (double the price of the total rental) this was miss sold to me & I will be recommendeding for friends & family to stay well clear of gold car rental cars that was set up by duscovercarhire. Was Not happy with my experience at all…

Pros: Nice car but not the one I booked

Cons: Everything at the desk. I think it was a complete scam - extra insurance added which we didnt understand - signed before seeing amount - petrol down by only a litre or two but there was nowhere to fill up and charge was totally excessive. Very upset about whole experience - we could not really afford this. There are better car hire firms who make conditions clear. You are a disgrace.

Cons: It wasn't ace so very hard to find and gold car forced another 75 euro insurance on me without telling me. They now refuse to remove this as did your agent with the insurance I got through you. So I paid for 2 insurances for no reason.
