Cons: Had to wait for ages at the airport then it was like a scrum to get in as there were too many people to fit. Then we were given a 5 seater car instead of a 7 which we couldn’t all fit in that was dirty & had 3 bald tyres. Can’t say enough about how terrible the car was & how rude Nancy the assistant was. Luckily we could put one of our passengers with another group or we would have been stuck but def looking for compensation will NEBER use them again.

Pros: The car I was meant to get was a lot smaller so instead they gave us an old Corolla Fielder station wagon which needed to be cleaned before we got it . Not a 1 mi Ute check in , more like 30 minutes . Car air conditioner did not work and was very hot so we needed it . People running it did not speak good English so was hard to understand them . Disappointed that the $190 deposit I paid to Discovery cars was for them for a booking fee and didn’t come off my total rental cost . Very disappointing

Cons: The fact they have stolen our money, with promises to refund and not heard a word and to receive a $.90 (yes 90 Cents) refund is disgraceful. When told we would receive our full $250 bond and made to pay $250 in insurance excess for a flat tyre which was no fault of ours.

Pros: The people at Yes Rentals were very helpful when I called for assistance when the car wouldn't start and we were in the middle of nowhere. The person I spoke to dealt with the situation in a calm manner and guided me through the steps to rectify the situation. That was truly appreciated.

This car had an odometer reading of about 150000 kms and the media system was as good as non existent. Speakers never worked and the system was ancient and was impossible to do anything with it. I’m glad the car was at least in running condition driving wise.

This vehicle lacked a proper music system—no Bluetooth, and even the USB connection didn't work. Our entire trip was disappointing as we were forced to play music through our phones. The customer service was also subpar, with staff who could barely communicate in English. I’m extremely dissatisfied and won’t be booking with them again.

Cons: The car was dirty, something spilt all through boot, stunk of ciggerrette smoke, even had ash on door from previous person flicking out window, emailed dank called but no reply and the person I complained to on return had no idea what I was saying!! On top of that they took $250 off my card for insurance which I had already paid for from Discover, absolute rip off!!
