Cons: We were given a car which was driven 170000kms. It was disgusting with seat stains and marks everywhere. Front wind screen was chipped at two places.. Viper blades were extremely old and would make the windscreen more dirty rather clean. Tyres had low threads which resulted in a flat tyre on our trip and the dramas just continued after that. When we were given a replacement car after all the hassle and over paying them from our pocket, they sent us a car which was driven 280000 kms.

The facility to pick up the car at one city and drop it off at another was also very convenient to our itinerary. The staff were very courteous, helpful and efficient.

Cons: I found it difficult that any existing damage was not marked on the contract and that the car was not signed off in good condition when returned. I was told to take my own photos. I have not experienced this before however it was my first time to nz.

Pros: They kept our reservation for the car even tho they had not received any confirmation or correspondence from us due to the fact that we didnt receive an email from DiscoverCars ( because maybe it was sent to the wrong email); and also we took so long to get thru customs and we couldn't contact EZU by phone so they thought we hadn't arrived.They were still there at the office late They helped us via phone when we lost our keys in a far distant area and arranged a courier to bring us spare keys.

Cons: 對於 EZU 公司的租車服務本人非常不滿，看到留言的人就不租賃 EZU 公司車輛。 本人 21.3.2024 在皇后鎮機場到步，隨即電話聯絡 EZU 公司機場接送服務，初時還感覺良好，因為隨 call 隨到。 但在取車及驗車過程，EZU 公司的職員態度非常差。首先職員安排一部很差的 7 人車給我們，車輛完全沒有清潔，車身和車內座椅都非常骯髒，我們要求換車，但職員表示沒有其他 7 人車，還晦氣說，如果我們不要，可以免費取消，但如果我們取消，那處可以再租車呢！實情是威脅。 在爭論的時候，有一輛剛剛清洗完車身的 7 人車返回公司，我們隨即選擇這輛車，而這第二輛車在清潔上比第一輛車稍為好一些。 後來發現第二輪車的車箱內照明燈壞了，我們再要求換車，職員表示因為車輛設備有損壞可以更換第三輛 7 人車，這刻我們真費解職員初初表示沒有其他 7 人車。 但是第三輛 7 人車比第一輛差很多，車輛殘舊和更骯髒，我們不要，職員隨即惱羞成怒謾罵我們，表示我們要求很高，令他很煩惱，最後我們不想耽誤旅程，就只有選擇第二輛 7 人車。所以本人對 EZU 公司的服務感受非常差，絕對不推薦給他人。
