We couldn’t connect to the Bluetooth despite trying multiple times—it just wouldn’t work. Also, this car doesn’t have floor mats, so dirt and stones stick

Cons: I found it difficult that any existing damage was not marked on the contract and that the car was not signed off in good condition when returned. I was told to take my own photos. I have not experienced this before however it was my first time to nz.

Pros: They kept our reservation for the car even tho they had not received any confirmation or correspondence from us due to the fact that we didnt receive an email from DiscoverCars ( because maybe it was sent to the wrong email); and also we took so long to get thru customs and we couldn't contact EZU by phone so they thought we hadn't arrived.They were still there at the office late They helped us via phone when we lost our keys in a far distant area and arranged a courier to bring us spare keys.

Cons: 對於 EZU 公司的租車服務本人非常不滿，看到留言的人就不租賃 EZU 公司車輛。 本人 21.3.2024 在皇后鎮機場到步，隨即電話聯絡 EZU 公司機場接送服務，初時還感覺良好，因為隨 call 隨到。 但在取車及驗車過程，EZU 公司的職員態度非常差。首先職員安排一部很差的 7 人車給我們，車輛完全沒有清潔，車身和車內座椅都非常骯髒，我們要求換車，但職員表示沒有其他 7 人車，還晦氣說，如果我們不要，可以免費取消，但如果我們取消，那處可以再租車呢！實情是威脅。 在爭論的時候，有一輛剛剛清洗完車身的 7 人車返回公司，我們隨即選擇這輛車，而這第二輛車在清潔上比第一輛車稍為好一些。 後來發現第二輪車的車箱內照明燈壞了，我們再要求換車，職員表示因為車輛設備有損壞可以更換第三輛 7 人車，這刻我們真費解職員初初表示沒有其他 7 人車。 但是第三輛 7 人車比第一輛差很多，車輛殘舊和更骯髒，我們不要，職員隨即惱羞成怒謾罵我們，表示我們要求很高，令他很煩惱，最後我們不想耽誤旅程，就只有選擇第二輛 7 人車。所以本人對 EZU 公司的服務感受非常差，絕對不推薦給他人。

Aftermarket electronics all Japanese, staff said "sorry some vehicles are in Japanese, nothing we can do to change that". Never used the radio, no idea how. Had inside of windscreen washed extra and using a damp small rag and 2 Kleenex tissues for the job did got the result you would expect, terrible.

Waited there until I saw the EZU van, which went over to the transfer lounge (where I was previously). When approached the vehicle, was told to hop in. No check in upon entering.

Cons: car is a bit beat up with some nick on the hood, windshield panel that was falling off and front lighter socket not working. But it drove nicely, looked like it has been excellently maintained, so overall well pleased with my experience.

Cons: Car provided was much underpowered than the one booked. Overall price for the given car was not worth it.

Pros: nothing.When I pick up the car they said airport drop off service working during the season 24/7. But no one there at early morning.

Cons: The car we rented did not have an in-car power supply, which meant that the dash cam we prepared could not operate. We negotiated with EZU, but there were no spare cars available! As a result, we missed capturing many beautiful scenes with the dash cam on our trip.

Cons: WhatsApp was not responsive, the number for contact has no one to answer.

Cons: Closer to the end of our trip one of the front tyres blew up at 100 km/h. We were lucky to escape this situation without any further troubles or injuries. The reason for that was completely worn-out tyres (see photos). We still wonder how it was possible to get WoF with tyres like that (WoF is due for commercial vehicles every six month). Should we additionally mention that windscreen washer was empty and we discovered that at the very inconvenient moment.

Pros: It was so easy to pick up and drop off, shuttle runs were quick and organised, and very competitive price. Everyone we dealt with was lovely. I also changed my booking short notice, which was easy to do and we really appreciated it.

Cons: Car was pretty dirty inside when we picked it up. This didn't bother us too much, but we were worried we were going to get pinged for it when we returned. Tiny issue, but just one of those things that can be avoided with a quick conversation with customers about cleaning out the car - saves you guys cleaning it too!

Pros: The van was cleaned well, the carseat we hired however wasn't old food etc left under the covers it was discussing and I didn't noticed untill I had left, the worst part is how expensive the bond is with many other rental vehicles I've hired before I've never been charged such a high bond especially after paying extra for FULL COVER on the insurance. Other than that the van was great!

Cons: The Queentown staff was not helpful and knowledgeable enough. Encountered my car key couldn't turn after just 2 hours picked up the car. Called the staff but he kept telling me must pay $100 theh he will come over to check it. While waiting for him to come over, I just looked at Youtube video and was able to rectify it myself. The Christchurch lady staff is more friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons: Cars CD player rattles had to put something there to stop it and is so outdated you can't connect your phone for Bluetooth to listen to directions through it while ur driving or music. New phones don't have an aux output and the USB kept cutting in and out so you couldn't charge your phone or connect it either.

Cons: The vehicle obviously displayed signs of wear and tear which contributed to the damage which occurred whilst in our possession. Despite being told that we had to return the vehicle in a clean state, the vehicle smelt awful and was not totally clean. Had obviously not had any detailing completed to deliver in a fresh condition. Although the operators spoke English, language was a slight barrier to clear communication. Therefore the process of making a claim for the damage was not delivered well.

Cons: Phoned for pick up-no answer got to depot ourselves car dirty overall depot untidy/disorganised drop off- advised could be 2 weeks till get back insurance deposit of $1000????
