The facility to pick up the car at one city and drop it off at another was also very convenient to our itinerary. The staff were very courteous, helpful and efficient.

Cons: The only downside that we encountered was that the language of the car systems was in Japanese. We were unable to figure out a way to change it. The car was good and did not present any issues. However it wasn't in the best condition. The brakes were shuddering on the down slopes.

Cons: I found it difficult that any existing damage was not marked on the contract and that the car was not signed off in good condition when returned. I was told to take my own photos. I have not experienced this before however it was my first time to nz.

Pros: They kept our reservation for the car even tho they had not received any confirmation or correspondence from us due to the fact that we didnt receive an email from DiscoverCars ( because maybe it was sent to the wrong email); and also we took so long to get thru customs and we couldn't contact EZU by phone so they thought we hadn't arrived.They were still there at the office late They helped us via phone when we lost our keys in a far distant area and arranged a courier to bring us spare keys.

Very high mileage vehicle (>200k), worn and rattling shock absorbers, badly affect handling. Unsafe. Non-english stereo, no ability to connect phone. Crap

Cons: 對於 EZU 公司的租車服務本人非常不滿，看到留言的人就不租賃 EZU 公司車輛。 本人 21.3.2024 在皇后鎮機場到步，隨即電話聯絡 EZU 公司機場接送服務，初時還感覺良好，因為隨 call 隨到。 但在取車及驗車過程，EZU 公司的職員態度非常差。首先職員安排一部很差的 7 人車給我們，車輛完全沒有清潔，車身和車內座椅都非常骯髒，我們要求換車，但職員表示沒有其他 7 人車，還晦氣說，如果我們不要，可以免費取消，但如果我們取消，那處可以再租車呢！實情是威脅。 在爭論的時候，有一輛剛剛清洗完車身的 7 人車返回公司，我們隨即選擇這輛車，而這第二輛車在清潔上比第一輛車稍為好一些。 後來發現第二輪車的車箱內照明燈壞了，我們再要求換車，職員表示因為車輛設備有損壞可以更換第三輛 7 人車，這刻我們真費解職員初初表示沒有其他 7 人車。 但是第三輛 7 人車比第一輛差很多，車輛殘舊和更骯髒，我們不要，職員隨即惱羞成怒謾罵我們，表示我們要求很高，令他很煩惱，最後我們不想耽誤旅程，就只有選擇第二輛 7 人車。所以本人對 EZU 公司的服務感受非常差，絕對不推薦給他人。

Cons: Car spoke to me regularly, in Japanese (I don't speak or understand Japanese. It could have been telling me anything, I have no idea. Aftermarket electronics all Japanese, staff said "sorry some vehicles are in Japanese, nothing we can do to change that". Never used the radio, no idea how. Had inside of windscreen washed extra and using a damp small rag and 2 Kleenex tissues for the job did got the result you would expect, terrible.

Pros: The front desk staff and friendly and efficient. However the car maintenance is not up to satisfactory. The aircond filter seems not be clean/replace for year. We have to clean it ourselves to make sure the aircond is working. There is many minor damage on the body.. to avoid argument, we have to buy full coverage . Hope it can be improved

Pros: Good communication, easy process, car was in good condition. Car was ideal for my travel in Te Anau and Queenstown.

Cons: It wasn't major since i dropped the car off early and didn't miss my flight. But I had to wait for another family that didn't fill up their tank to refill and come back while I was ready to be taken by the shuttle to the airport. By the time they returned, there could have been at least 2 trips to the airport so I felt like I wasted my time.

Cons: They are located quite far away from the Queenstown Airport and the cars are quite old.

Pros: No damage to the car, good state, didn't have to worry about anything.

Cons: Getting in contact with the company for collection. Car pick-up was scheduled for 8am, couldn't get a hold of them prior to the allocated time. When able to contact, the lady mentioned going to the sign that said "D for Dog". Which made no sense. So i left the transfer lounge to find the sign that said D. Waited there until I saw the EZU van, which went over to the transfer lounge (where I was previously). When approached the vehicle, was told to hop in. No check in upon entering.
