Pros: Exceptional service from start to finish! The team at EZU Queenstown was incredibly friendly and efficient. They helped me choose the perfect SUV for my South Island adventure and even provided detailed maps and local tips. The car was spotless, well-maintained, and ran smoothly throughout my trip. Will definitely rent from them again!

The car looks good from the outside, but there are quite a few small dents in some areas of the exterior. It seems like an old car that hasn’t been used for a long time. We couldn’t connect to the Bluetooth despite trying multiple times—it just wouldn’t work. Also, this car doesn’t have floor mats, so dirt and stones stick

Cons: I found it difficult that any existing damage was not marked on the contract and that the car was not signed off in good condition when returned. I was told to take my own photos. I have not experienced this before however it was my first time to nz.

Pros: They kept our reservation for the car even tho they had not received any confirmation or correspondence from us due to the fact that we didnt receive an email from DiscoverCars ( because maybe it was sent to the wrong email); and also we took so long to get thru customs and we couldn't contact EZU by phone so they thought we hadn't arrived.They were still there at the office late They helped us via phone when we lost our keys in a far distant area and arranged a courier to bring us spare keys.

Cons: 對於 EZU 公司的租車服務本人非常不滿，看到留言的人就不租賃 EZU 公司車輛。 本人 21.3.2024 在皇后鎮機場到步，隨即電話聯絡 EZU 公司機場接送服務，初時還感覺良好，因為隨 call 隨到。 但在取車及驗車過程，EZU 公司的職員態度非常差。首先職員安排一部很差的 7 人車給我們，車輛完全沒有清潔，車身和車內座椅都非常骯髒，我們要求換車，但職員表示沒有其他 7 人車，還晦氣說，如果我們不要，可以免費取消，但如果我們取消，那處可以再租車呢！實情是威脅。 在爭論的時候，有一輛剛剛清洗完車身的 7 人車返回公司，我們隨即選擇這輛車，而這第二輛車在清潔上比第一輛車稍為好一些。 後來發現第二輪車的車箱內照明燈壞了，我們再要求換車，職員表示因為車輛設備有損壞可以更換第三輛 7 人車，這刻我們真費解職員初初表示沒有其他 7 人車。 但是第三輛 7 人車比第一輛差很多，車輛殘舊和更骯髒，我們不要，職員隨即惱羞成怒謾罵我們，表示我們要求很高，令他很煩惱，最後我們不想耽誤旅程，就只有選擇第二輛 7 人車。所以本人對 EZU 公司的服務感受非常差，絕對不推薦給他人。

Had inside of windscreen washed extra and using a damp small rag and 2 Kleenex tissues for the job did got the result you would expect, terrible.

Waited there until I saw the EZU van, which went over to the transfer lounge (where I was previously). When approached the vehicle, was told to hop in. No check in upon entering.

Cons: Closer to the end of our trip one of the front tyres blew up at 100 km/h. We were lucky to escape this situation without any further troubles or injuries. The reason for that was completely worn-out tyres (see photos). We still wonder how it was possible to get WoF with tyres like that (WoF is due for commercial vehicles every six month). Should we additionally mention that windscreen washer was empty and we discovered that at the very inconvenient moment.

Pros: The van was cleaned well, the carseat we hired however wasn't old food etc left under the covers it was discussing and I didn't noticed untill I had left, the worst part is how expensive the bond is with many other rental vehicles I've hired before I've never been charged such a high bond especially after paying extra for FULL COVER on the insurance. Other than that the van was great!

Cons: The face that they don't pay much attention to you as the customer alot of chatter happening in their own language right in front of you then the one staff member speaking or dealing with you just points out where you have to sign etc etc

Pros: Overall good. Just the wait at the airport for pik up. Had to call to get picked up.

Pros: Poor condition of the car, was more than 250k mileage. Did not have the right baby seat. Had to phone them 5 times for them to pick us at Queenstown airport.

Cons: Everything - condition of the car, no toilet for customer usage, baby seat was a joke. The staff did not know how to install it either.

Cons: You get what you pay for. Very old run down car, not great customer service, have to take a shuttle from the airport, very unclear drop off instructions and when we arrived there was nobody there so took a while to find someone who could help us.

Cons: The Queentown staff was not helpful and knowledgeable enough. Encountered my car key couldn't turn after just 2 hours picked up the car. Called the staff but he kept telling me must pay $100 theh he will come over to check it. While waiting for him to come over, I just looked at Youtube video and was able to rectify it myself. The Christchurch lady staff is more friendly and knowledgeable.

Pros: The only thing i like is they provided pickup from airport.

Cons: Staff was very rude and very unprofessional and at the drop off the lady was literally shouting on us and the unethical and car was very dirty from outside and inside.

Pros: they were great once we got picked up. didn't wait too long for the vehicle once we were at Ezu.

Pros: They communicated well with us, picked us up in a shuttle and allowed us to have an extra hour longer.

Cons: Nothing much, one thing was the kms read 13,000 less in the paper which made me concerned but didn’t concern them on drop off.

Cons: Car was dented and damaged. Booked a smaller cheaper running car weeks prior and received a old 7 seater and paid 100s extra in fuel. Totaly horrible experience

Pros: Was quick to check in and out. Shuttle service good but just need to be prepared to wait and for the amount of time it takes if it just left before you end up on it.

Cons: Cars CD player rattles had to put something there to stop it and is so outdated you can't connect your phone for Bluetooth to listen to directions through it while ur driving or music. New phones don't have an aux output and the USB kept cutting in and out so you couldn't charge your phone or connect it either.

Cons: Car seats were not installed in the vechile before pick up also had trouble fitting a car seat due to a missing part, brakes on the car definitely needed to be looked at as coming down the crown range it felt as the disc were warping due to excessive heat! Overall would recommend

Pros: Had the vehicle available to us on time.

Cons: The vehicle obviously displayed signs of wear and tear which contributed to the damage which occurred whilst in our possession. Despite being told that we had to return the vehicle in a clean state, the vehicle smelt awful and was not totally clean. Had obviously not had any detailing completed to deliver in a fresh condition. Although the operators spoke English, language was a slight barrier to clear communication. Therefore the process of making a claim for the damage was not delivered well.

Cons: Phoned for pick up-no answer got to depot ourselves car dirty overall depot untidy/disorganised drop off- advised could be 2 weeks till get back insurance deposit of $1000????

Pros: No water for the windshield wiper. Previous renter’s rubbish were left in the front seat compartment Pre-shot photos of the car was not shared with me . There’s no assurance that we had the same photos of any damages. This should be real time photos and should have been emailed to the renter to ensure photos are up to date.

Collection site is not at airport. Short ride away not a problem but like I said maybe they should be there upon flight arrival.
