Cons: I didnt seem to be able to change arrival time and booking tiem it defaul;ted to 11 am and having read the 'policy' about being late that the booking may be given to someone else was NOT re -assuring! I was nervous about whether the booking woul dbe kept locked in.

Pros: It was ready and coordinated with tots on tour to provide car seat and be ready upon our arrival.

Cons: Our departure was an early morning flight, without an agent or the office open it was more complicated. We had to drop off offsite and walk to airport (or arrange taxi at 4:45-5 am). It would be great to have an option to drop off at the airport for them to collect later.

Pros: The car was in good condition and the drop off was quick. The lady who took us to the airport via a shuttle was very friendly. The location of the pick up and drop off was close to the airport. They took a small deposit or bond compared to the other car hire place in North island.

Cons: I was advised on the phone to drop off the car and that RentalCars24/7 staff would be available to drop us at the airport. Although I called to clarify this, and provided them with the exact travel details and time we would be dropping off the car, no one was on site or answered my multiple phone calls to drop us at the airport. We had to walk 2 kilometres in the rain and the earliest Uber was a 20 minute wait and we would have been late to the airport. I will be following up with an email.

Pros: The agent answered the phone quickly after we had our luggage as indicated in their emailed instructions. It was not entirely clear where to meet them but we figured it out eventually only b/c the shuttle was clearly labeled.

Cons: The car provided had A LOT of miles on it and was in pretty rough shape. Lots of scratches, cracked windshield, no Apple CarPlay or ability to connect our phones to the display. It needs to be retired from their fleet.

There was no hand over for driving the car, where things were in the drivers seat. We had to key drop and taxi to airport due to an early flight. Not close enough to walk.

Car had lots of scratches, pictures by car company had been taken before we picked the car up and weren't shown to us. There was no report of the all the recorded damages of car given to us either. Three of the handles above the door were broken and unusable. After we had left the car hire, the remote of key had a low battery, we had to return for replacement.
