Cons: Not located at the airport and despite the name they do not run shuttles 24/7 making drop off and getting ourselves to the airport a pain.

Cons: I was advised on the phone to drop off the car and that RentalCars24/7 staff would be available to drop us at the airport. Although I called to clarify this, and provided them with the exact travel details and time we would be dropping off the car, no one was on site or answered my multiple phone calls to drop us at the airport. We had to walk 2 kilometres in the rain and the earliest Uber was a 20 minute wait and we would have been late to the airport. I will be following up with an email.

Pros: The agent answered the phone quickly after we had our luggage as indicated in their emailed instructions. It was not entirely clear where to meet them but we figured it out eventually only b/c the shuttle was clearly labeled.

Cons: The car provided had A LOT of miles on it and was in pretty rough shape. Lots of scratches, cracked windshield, no Apple CarPlay or ability to connect our phones to the display. It needs to be retired from their fleet.

Pros: Rep was careful with explaining all the rules, and possible charges. We were very careful hopeful not to be charged extra. The car was clean and the size we had asked for.

Cons: We requested a baby seat for 10 month old. They had a fwd facing one not suitable, and then others that we rummaged thru to find one that had all the straps and was safe/clean. There was no hand over for driving the car, where things were in the drivers seat. We had to key drop and taxi to airport due to an early flight. Not close enough to walk.

Car was good on fuel economy & the road trips we did in queenstown became an ever memorable one because we had a great car with us. I highly recommend rentalcars 24/7 to anyone who is looking to rent a car in queenstown.

Cons: As I booked online i didnt realise they were a second party and that if something happened to the car I would to the excess to Rental247 and then claim it back from the first party booked online, especially when i had paid for insurance and thought that was it and i wouldnt have to do anything in the event of a accident , which didnt happen.Probably needs to be in Bold writing somewhere as i was totally unaware.

Pros: Drop off was hassle free and easy and the Argentinian agent was very friendly and helpful. We weren't hold up and taken straight to the airport.

Cons: Agent at pick up was quite arrogant, not to say rude, ignored us for a couple of minutes. Customer service was not great. Car had lots of scratches, pictures by car company had been taken before we picked the car up and weren't shown to us. There was no report of the all the recorded damages of car given to us either. Three of the handles above the door were broken and unusable. After we had left the car hire, the remote of key had a low battery, we had to return for replacement.
