Pros: The customer service guy was very good and understanding of situation and tried helping us.
Cons: Car stunk of cigarette and radio in chinese. Car wasn't the quality we had the first time which was awesome.
Pros: Very accommodating.
Cons: Only downfall was they did not have a record of the snow chains I booked via Discover Cars. However they provided a better rate.

Cons: We dropped the car off at the agreed time. There was no representative at the office. We called, no answer. We left the key on the desk. A day later we were charged for an extra day of hire and also stating the car was returned damaged which it was not. There as a non agreed charge of around $1600 after we disputed the false claims . Terrible service and terrible business.

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
If using the following payment method(s): Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card, the deposit amount will be 300 NZD.
The deductible/excess amount is 500-6000 NZD.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Debit Card, VISA credit card, Maestro credit card, MasterCard debit card, Union Pay. If the customer uses the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, debit cards (please note, that credit card is mandatory for security in this case), MasterCard debit card, a minimum deposit in the amount of 300 NZD is required.
A signed credit card imprint will be taken at the start of all rentals for security reasons. The imprint may be used to cover any additional charges at the end of the rental.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
The grace period during holidays and high season is 60 minutes.
