Exit the security control area and take the lift down to floor -2. Leave the terminal and walk straight ahead, crossing both pedestrian crossings until you reach 'Parking Express Arrivals'. Turn right and walk to the end of the parking area. The shuttle will be waiting for you between posts 46 and 43, near the exit.

Pros: Offsite location, only a few minutes shuttle bus drive away. Shuttle bus easy to find just a minute or two walk outside terminal.Very relaxed car collection in a quiet area, and easy to drive away from their office / compound, and similarly easy to return to the compound.

Cons: Car had a lot of scuffs, scrapes and dents even though it was not that old, seats a little stained. Not a problem to me, but on return it was extensively scrutinised and a tiny pre-existing scuff mark and dent was pointed out -fortunately we had taken extensive photos (on collection I had gone to the office to point out the damage, and told photos would suffice). The marks were luckily visible on the photos, so no further action. But an uncomfortable experience.

Pros: Quick, cheap, no frills experience. Provided an upgrade to a newer car for free. Car had wireless CarPlay. Free shuttle from the airport.

Cons: Really tried to push their own insurance upgrade, even after saying no. On returning the car, did an extremely thorough inspection round the exterior of the car, wiping tiny scratches and marks on the car. I was told that I’d caused scratches and marks to one of the panels, but that they’d “let me off”, before suggesting that next time I pay for the premium insurance cover they offer. Not the end of the world as in the end I didn’t pay for anything extra, but left a bit of a sour taste.

Cons: I’m John’s father and I wanted to pay for car hire myself. I was only able to pay a deposit on booking and I expected to pay the balance myself, with John responsible for x/s and fuel. However, You let me do this and John had to pay everything on his credit card.

Pros: The swift collection from the airport. Pleasant staff to deal with.

Cons: The car provided had quite a lot of damage on collection, bonnet not fitting correctly, many dinks and scuffs on all panels. Take lots of photos on collection and drop off. We took 58 in total and was asked to provide 2 for reference. Holding deposit refunded instantly once assessment was satisfactory.

Pros: As a queue formed, more agents were brought to the service desks to serve and cut waiting time. There was no hard sell of extra insurance. The Car/van was practically brand new.

Cons: I would love all cars to have a phone holder put in them, most people use their phone for navigation. I forgot my phone holder so had to balance the phone on my lap, no ideal.

Pros: Super friendly, easy to book, good advice for where to fuel car up before return, good direction given with informed leaflet, superb quality of rental cars and mostly brand new fleet.

Cons: I wished they would back off with the extra insurance sales pitch. I know every company does it but it kinda gets really old now because everyone does it now, sometimes even near forceful explanations. Yes Wiber thankfully did not press any further when I said i have own insurance and that i would have to claim back from the said insurance if anything happened.
