Pros: The lady who eventually came out and served us a blonde lady with an accent… absolutely lovely and she saved me from almost telling them to shove the car up their ass! Give her a pay rise I say. She went above an beyond.. lovely. 10/10

Cons: Initially as stated above we couldn’t find the place, on arrival we got there and one guy in particular I didn’t catch his name but he shaves his legs and has brown hair smaller guy thinks he’s hot shit.. looks like a brunette Johnny bravo.. stood there didn’t serve us assumed we were there for a festival so served the people behind us (I’m 7 months clearly pregnant I’m not here for a festival) was extremely RUDE had an attitude like no other.. on drop off he was just as rude

Pros: Friendly faces and easy to talk to.

Cons: USave is also Snap Rentals so it took us a while to find the rental location. They were busy so the van was not cleaned up both exterior and interior (although they did offer to give it a clean, but we were already behind schedule); there was an orange transmission light on and the ABS symbol was on throughout the hireage (was advised when it turns red then that’s when I’d need to worry, nothing happened during the hire but it was still worrying).

Pros: It was very difficult to actually find the office when dropping off the car. When picking up, the agent was somewhat dry and curt in their interactions. They insisted I should have an International Drivers License, which came as a surprise. They only gave out the car once they saw that I had a prior rental with Hitch in Auckland. The car was a Prius with Japanese interface, no manual, faulty GPS which became a pain Overall, I was not impressed with the customer service.

Pros: Quick and easy bus shuttle to and from airport

Cons: We were given a different car than what we booked and paid for, If we wanted an old outdated car with no stereo system we would've paid for a RAV4 instead of paying a couple hundred more for a car that is essentially equivalent to a RAV4. The car given to us wasn't exactly clean, one of the windows electronic wind-down button didn't work so we couldn't use it, the stereo system was terrible, no cruise control, no GPS system, no bluetooth system, the speedometer wasn't calibrated and was slower

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1945.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be charged on the renter's credit card through the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Debit cards.
Cash is not accepted.

An administration charge of 2.5 % will apply for payments made by credit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours


Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge. Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: credit card, Driver's License details, Phone number, email address.
