Pros: They were very clear about my options for the contract.
Cons: Two points. One is that the officenis.not manned full time so we had to wait for the person to return. The second point was that on the return they spotted what was a very tiny mark on the door which ended up costing 240 euros which was outrageous. I couldn't believe they would even bother with this as it was so tiny. So beware if you don't take out their warranty insurance as they will run a very detailed checks of every blemish on the car.

Pros: The car itself was ok
Cons: - the time picking up the car was very long (looking for minor scratches ... was already a warning of what you happen upon return). - location difficult to find - return of the car was very long, unpleasant (due to again excessive search for even the smallest scratch). Even got a towel to test whether it was dirt or a scratch ... looked like they really wanted to find something. Overall car good, service and feeling as customer very bad. Would certainly recommend to look for another company.
