Pros: Car was really clean and fuel efficient.
Cons: Rental desk did not open until 0800 in the morning and demanded 50 EUR extra for receiving the car earlier then this. Never heard about a car rental that has such a unconvenient opening time in the morning. Very amateur ish. Car rental desk was located 10 minutes from the airport and did not offer any shuffle bus over there. They offered shuffle when i dropped off the car.

Cons: The delay picking up the car. Cost us 30 mins.

Pros: They gave us bigger car for the same money which then in some way compensated the additional payment we were charged for visiting an island. Everything was quick and on time. We had Suzuki Vitara which was a great travel partner on Brac Island. Personal was kind overall. CC block was unblocked in a few days after we returned the car.
Cons: We’ve been charged 40€ more for an island visit even though in the same country. I understand being charge to cross the border. It would be nice if it was mentioned somewhere.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
