Cons: Employee at counter desk... When asking him what’s the price of deposit and why it’s more, his answer: “just pay it’s like that don’t ask” 20 Minutes after pickup time the chosen car wasn’t there, not ready. Waited for 15 Minutes outside, boiling weather, sitting on the floor with the teenage employees for another car model to be provided, just got out of car wash. Car stinked inside, dusty and no glass washing product in. When asked to fill in the young one replied: we don’t have any you buy

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.

Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
