Pros: Ante (Toni) was very helpful when I picked the car. It was raining heavily; he brought the car to the front entrance of the airport. This created a problem when I dropped the car off as I did not see the return location. Returned the car early in the morning & it was still dark, there were no clear signs for Carwiz location, spent 20 min driving around trying to find it, left the car in unmarked spot & emailed them. Called Carwiz next day when I came home & Jelica confirmed car return was OK
Cons: Called Carwiz to let them know I did not feel safe driving the car given to me, due to lane alarm & no manual telling how to turn it off. Carwiz clerk tried to guide me on how to turn it off but no success. The back window view was narrow I could not see properly. I asked for a different car two days in a row and they said they did not have any automatics and gave up calling them

Cons: As stated above entire contract and dropping off process highly time consuming and inefficient.
Cons: Unfortunately, many car rental companies in Croatia use finding scratches on the car as a strategy to boost revenue. Carwiz was is no exception. I was charged €400 for scratches on the bottom of the front bumper that could only be seen if you get down on your knees and look. It was completely ridiculous and I would never use them again. Other renters should be forewarned that they will try to squeeze every penny out of you for “damage”.

Cons: Overall everything. We couldn't even get the car because some issue with our credit card. Apparently they are not even willing to accept a DK card but clearly other companies do. I don't even know why they are providing a service at all.

Cons: Time spent at the rental desk for picking up the car. It took me almost an hour. The lady was real nice but i think you can work on the efficiency. All of the customers before me had to fill in all there personal information. Sometimes twice. Seems to me that you can make this obliged on the website form and link this with your system. If you had all the data the line would clear up in 15 mins.
Pros: Quick service. Friendly by delivery and dropping of the car. I hired a Clio Renault but get a Megane instead, great upgrade for the same money. The car was delivered in a very good condition. Full tank. And delivered it back in good condition
Cons: Small detail, the window cleaner reservoir was empty by delivery. They try to sell all kinds of extra insurance. But you are free to take them or not.
Cons: Firstly, they took over an hour to sort the paperwork even though we’d done it all online before flying out. Secondly they didn’t have the car seats for our children even though I’d booked and paid for them before flying out. Thirdly the car said it would fit 3-4 suitcases but the car they gave us could barely fit 2. Fourthly the car seats they did provide were in dreadful condition and would easily break. Overall I was not impressed at all and it was a dreadful start to our holiday.
Cons: Couldn't pay with a debit card and service totally unhelpful and bad-mannered. Chose not to rent at desk and went with another company.

Cons: I got absolutely ripped off on insurance. the girl on the desk on arrival gave me a receipt with a similar amount to the amount paid when booking the car. Due to lack of english it was only when i brought the car back that she explained that was all insurance for the 9 days (more than i would pay in ireland for a year to insure my own car). I was absolutely raging and there was no apology for charging such an excessive amount for such a short time. I would definitely not use carwiz ever again.

Cons: Only Croatian and English language spoken. Cars are given without the proper inspection by the agents in the presence of the customer at pickup (at rental begin), hence without a valid car's condition report . At return, a few scratches - probably at a park lot either before or during the rental, were observed at drop-off inspection that was performed quite tearily. Cons: They price of service differs totally from the price you booked the car. They start adding different fees to your bill, even if you take the full coverage from discover cars. Lady at the desk was speaking English but very rude. After we decided to rent a car from the different service provider she asked to sign us a paper that was in local language and if I asked what is written there, she said that can´t you read and was very rude.

Pros: Everything went smoothly. Van was a bit dirty on the seats and floor.
Cons: They didn't tell us we had to return the vehicle to the other end of the car park. Slight delay on returning the vehicle.

Cons: We had a yellow sign in the dashborad when we got the car and asked the staff who could not get us any answears. We found out by ourselves what it was (pressure in the tires) and tryed to fill in but the sign did not disappear.
Cons: Very slow service, when we arrived there was people walking past us back and forth but no communication regarding the pick up process. We waited over an hour to pick up the car and then with no apology we were given an unwashed car which was not in comparison to the car we were expecting. Not very accommodating at all, and quite disappointed after the reviews I read were generally good.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Mileage limitations will apply when the car is to be used for crossing country borders.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders. Written permission from the rental company is required.
Crossing country borders to Neum Corridor is free of charge. Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.

If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes. If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
