Ok Mobility at Split Airport

Cons: A little difficult to find. The instructions said “in terminal” but it was a 200 yard walk out of the terminal

Cons: No disclosure of cross-border fees before booking. Their "office": a shipping container 600–900m from terminal, via unpaved track, 35°C, 4 suitcases, sick wife. At pick-up: pay €200 for unnecessary "green card" + €1,500 deposit, or €350 full coverage — none of this in the contract. No cancellation possible. Rebar from a truck destroyed tyre and rim — stranded, missed flight, new tickets bought. Full excess charged for incident beyond our control. Predatory.

Cons: It would have been helpful to better explain the rental location, a short walk just outside the airport premises.

Pros: The price was unbeatable! The car met my expectations. Although it was not in top shape aesthetically, it ran great and had no issues. The customer service was ok also.

Cons: The location is harder to find as there are no indicators in the airport. Once I contacted the staff I got to the location quite fast (5 minutes walk from the airport). It would also be great if the rental agreement could be sent via email at pick-up time and the final check-out document at drop-off time. I was a bit worries that I didn't receive any until 1 hour after drop-off.

Cons: I specifically booked the vehicle pick up and drop off for “in terminal.” I double checked to make sure that it was in terminal pickup and it was. My confirmation showed in terminal pickup and drop off. When I arrived at the courtesy desk I was told that the vehicle was off site, outside the terminal. I had to walk outside the airport in 96 degrees weather to try to find the rental company so that I could get the vehicle. Walked up and down couldn’t find it. It was a small little shack located.

Pros: Car had some dings and scratches, but for the price it was fine. Great staff, very helpful. No surprises at the end of the rental, which is always great. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: They downgraded the car to a Toyota which was not what we asked for. Overall bad value for money. Staff didn’t care. My advice is don’t ever go through a broker when renting a car. Go direct to the company instead.

Cons: When I arrived in Split I had a very aggressive man trying to scare me into taking out the car insurance!!! When as far as I was concerned I had taken out full cover when I booked online - which the man proceeded to tell me would cover nothing!! Then I had to walk 200m out of the airport on gravel with my cases to pick up the car

Pros: An adequate employee worked on the second day. If it were the same, we would probably refuse your service.

Cons: The day before that, they refused to provide a car and register a second driver, it's not their job, the name on the credit card does not match the name of the main driver, although the owner of the credit card used to drive with the car, but only as a backup driver.

Pros: The staff were helpful and polite. The price was reasonable. The car was clean and well presented, apart from a dent and scratch from a previous rental.

Cons: The office staff at Split airport were massively under staffed and the waiting time to collect the car was not acceptable and would be a reason that I may not use your company again. I'm surprised the car was allowed out with a dent as I'm sure the client who did it has had to pay for the repair and yet the repair had not happened.

Cons: No flexibility when we asked to extend drop off by a few hours. Had to pay hundreds of pounds more to pay for full Insurance as they didn’t accept AMEX. Chose them as said at terminal pick up. We didn’t have to get a shuttle bus but we did have to exit the airport, walk down the road down a dirt track to get the car. Not easy with luggage, two young children and two car seats. Plus no clear instructions or signage.

Cons: The location of lot was a bit tricky, and not well-signed. Also, I originally traveled to the lot, only to find out that I had to return a few hundred meters back to the airport (in the exhausting heat!) to complete the rental contract. Although some info was provided indicating that I needed to visit the airport desk, it was not as clear as it could have been, and I misread the instructions. Also, I would have preferred a diesel vehicle, and I'm not sure that the choice was clearly offered.

Cons: 1. I spent more than an hour in line at the service desk, there was only 4 client before me. Tragically slow service. 2. taking the car would have lasted an unknown amount of time, but after half an hour, I started to get angry and raise my voice to give the car away. 3. Fuel policy - I expected "full to full" but I got about half a tank, so I had to calculate the fuel consumption... plan how many kilometers I will drive, so that I don't suffer losses due to fuel... trouble.

Cons: Bad and dusty location. Too far from the airport since your only option is to walk. Hard to pull luggage on gravel!!!

Cons: OK Mobility were insisting on the use of a Credit Card. I use a debit card with all other car rental companies. I have my own Car Hire Excess Insurance, they did not appear to be happy with this.

Cons: Reserved the car marked that four bags in trunk are available, but it was hardly 1,5. Child seat was something terrible. It definitely makes trauma to a child. Also the seat was in such condition, that it worth less then I paid for its rental.

Pros: We booked a polo or similar, we were given a c3 which was very new and had just been valeted. It even had android auto and carplay which made navigating around very easy.

Cons: The pickup is a couple of minutes walk from the airport, and not in the main terminal with the other car hire places, however the car was much cheaper than the others so I was willing to walk.
