Cons: Drop off was stressful. When we called to add a day driving to another country, the representative refused to do it with just the license number. Said she needed a number on the paperwork - which I did not have at the time. She made it difficult because it's rare to have a representative pick up the phone when I was calling.

Cons: I dropped the car and the keys in the off hours while the office was closed, which is fine. But the fact that they did not email me a final statement or at least an acknowledgement that everything is fine with the car bothered me. I called them 4-5 days later and they said that I had to explicitly ask for emailed statement because they had 50 cars and was too much work to email a statement for every customer. I have rented many cars in at least a dozen countries but this was a fresh one...
Pros: Everything was very efficient. They gave me a free upgrade.

Cons: The staff wouldn't accept my valid drivers licence. I provided proof of validity. The company were very difficult to contact to fix the problem. We had to use a taxi until it was sorted out. This was not reimbursed and when we finally got the car the next day were still charged almost the same for 6 days as for 7. Very stressful start to our holiday.

For vehicles in groups Standard, Premium a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Winter tires, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, JCB, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
