Cons: The assistant checking for minor damage upon return...too rigorous and almost implied that all imperfections were as a result of our rental (which was not the case). These minor imperfections were ignored by the admin staff at the office which was good to see.

Pros: Dropped car off early morning due to early flight as requested at time of original car pick up. I had allowed a deposit to be applied to my credit card. Car was returned clean and in without any damage/issues & yet Keddy have charged my card almost double the stated charge and have had no response from email contact with their customer service.

Cons: Got a nearly 100tkm driven astra with tens of scratches/dents and winter tires on even though it was 30 c hot. Tire surface was already ripping apart, so the safety of the tiees was questionable. I had a low-pressure warning from a tire so had to pull away and fill some air. We got our journey done anyway.

Cons: After not having the car for us I was told I had to go online to get my deposit back and complain and during my holiday had to go back and forth trying to prove to the customer service lady that we didn’t get the car. I still have not heard anything back, my holiday was disrupted, I’m out of pocket by £100 and fuming with the service provided.

Pros: The person at the drop off was friendly and efficient.

Cons: At the pickup, we had to wait over an hour for someone to show up even though we were there for our scheduled time.

Cons: Drop off was stressful. When we called to add a day driving to another country, the representative refused to do it with just the license number. Said she needed a number on the paperwork - which I did not have at the time. She made it difficult because it's rare to have a representative pick up the phone when I was calling.

Cons: I dropped the car and the keys in the off hours while the office was closed, which is fine. But the fact that they did not email me a final statement or at least an acknowledgement that everything is fine with the car bothered me. I called them 4-5 days later and they said that I had to explicitly ask for emailed statement because they had 50 cars and was too much work to email a statement for every customer. I have rented many cars in at least a dozen countries but this was a fresh one...

Pros: Everything was very efficient. They gave me a free upgrade.

Pros: I like getting this opportunity to express how poor the customer service was.

Cons: The staff wouldn't accept my valid drivers licence. I provided proof of validity. The company were very difficult to contact to fix the problem. We had to use a taxi until it was sorted out. This was not reimbursed and when we finally got the car the next day were still charged almost the same for 6 days as for 7. Very stressful start to our holiday.
