Pros: Upon delivery of the car, all damage was recorded and included in the report. Upon return, everything was also checked quickly and without any issues. You can walk to the rental office from the airport if you don't have much luggage.

Cons: We waited for the representative for 2 hours after our arrival. We landen at 9am, nobody waiting, provided phone numbers didn't worked. We found on the web the Zagreb station number. After few calls to them we received a call from Split representative. He said that he will meet us in 20 minutes, bu met in 1 hour.. We received our car around 11:30 am. Terrible service on our arrival to Split.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.

The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee, Toll pass / E-toll device.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
The driver is fully responsible for the cost of the repairs for any damage to the mirrors, tires, undercarriage and all mechanical parts of the vehicle. This is not limited to the excess amount.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

During winter season (from 15.11 until 15.04) Winter tires are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 240 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
