Pros: Despite nothing being mentioned in the documents provided by enterprise the agent at the desk asked if we’d be taking the car onto a ferry (island) in Croatia. He the. Said it was policy to charge €40 extra for allowing us to use a ferry. I’m not convinced it didn’t just go to the local staff and wasn’t impressed.

Pros: Nothing. The customer is still suspected of having done something wrong; this is the first time in 15 trips and car rentals.

Cons: The security deposit was higher than the amount shown at the time of booking. This forced me to take out insurance that cost three times as much as the rental price! Furthermore, at the car check-out around 9 pm in the middle of the night, I didn't take any photos, and neither did the rental agent. And of course, at the check-in, the agents were looking for the slightest scratch just to charge more! The same thing happened with the fuel! Nothing about this rental was right.

Cons: Very quick and carefree to pass over marks on the car when picking up, but had a very different drop off experience, where every minor mark was inspected and (almost) contested before accepting within limits and taking the car back.

Pros: Brand new car to the right spec, service was speedy and easy, location of booth and car was simple to find.

Cons: My only complaint would be when we picked the car up it had 1/8th of a tank of fuel in it, it would be much easier to collect with a full tank so you can get travelling straight away rather than worry about how much fuel you have, it also makes it more awkward when returning the car to make sure you haven't put too much fuel in and so wasted money. Please consider making all your rentals a full tank pick up to full tank return as a policy.

Cons: Unfortunately I slightly damaged the car. They charged me the full 1200 Euros for the damage which I thought was excessive. On return the agent said he had emailed me the appropriate documents so that I could make a claim against my own independent Car Excess Insurance policy. More than 2 days later I still have not received those documents.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1100.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form. Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy


Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, European Union, North Macedonia.

The purchase of the following insurance(s): Third Party Liability (TPL) is mandatory.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.

During winter season (from 15.11. until 15.04.) Winter tires are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 0 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
