Pros: Shuttle service between airport ant car lot were good. Brand new car, so the car was good.

Cons: Very inefficient when handing out and receiving cars, long wait. Additional fees that was not announced when renting the car on line. Autowill expect the customer to clean the car before handing it in even though it wasn’t clean from the beginning and not with full tank.

Pros: They were nice to wait us because of the delay of the flight, the price was good after a comparison with the others. They picked up and taking back to the airport because the stand is a little bit outside, but their kindness solve out this little problem

Cons: The only thing I still don't like I general is the block of a credit card of 1000€ and the fact that is not possible to use a debit card. For this reason I had to pay 180 euro more without taking back my money at the end of the holiday

Pros: They responded to WhatsApp messages.

Cons: When I phoned them they would not answer my call, but insist on me sending a WhatsApp message. When my car broke down they took 2 hours to pick up the car in the dark in the evening and then did not ensure I had a lift back to my apartment. They did not bring out a replacement car til over a day after the break down. They insisted the break down was my fault, even though it wasn't and I had only done 3 short journeys. They insisted on charging me a for a car upgrade, and added extra charges.

Pros: The off site and pick you up makes it so much cheaper and worked but the instructions should be just to call autowill when you arrive.. it wasn’t clear on the discover cars info (which said it was meet and greet) so should be changed.

Cons: We paid for extra cover but didn’t have any car damage so unsure how that would have worked.

Cons: The in-check guy at the desk was rude. The guy who checked over the car with me was great, as was the lady who I gave the car back to and drove me to the airport. Both were very customer friendly, but the check inn guy needs a lesson in politeness.

Pros: Autowill is the company that Discovery Cars go through. They were very helpful, quick and efficiant. Picked me up form the airport and drove me to the hire location to pick up my hire car. I paid a security deposit for any possibly damage. This was not changed to my card but a pending transaction which I liked. As soon as I returned the car, the money was back on my credit card almost immediatley. Fantastic service and i'll be using them again when I go back next year.

Pros: Autowill were fine. Discovercars behaved appallingly - provided no support and did not honour their own voucher. Autowill did not behave as they were supposed to as per the voucher provided by Discovercars however I now suspect this is not the fault of autowill but the fault of Discovercars promising things autowill are not aware of. This also led to drawn out pickup and drop off times.

Cons: Autowill we’re fine. Discovercars behaved appallingly - providing no support and not honouring their own voucher. This left a bitter taste when dealing with the provider. Voucher stated a meeting at terminal with named sign, that did not happen, we had to phone and get picked up outside of the terminal 20mins later.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 3000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee, Administrative fee.
During the winter season (from 01.11 until 15.04) Winter tires are not included in the price but will be added to it as a mandatory additional charge of 50.00 EUR per rental.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A separate fuel deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Written permission from the rental company is required.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Winter tires, Cross border fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas. For vehicles not returned in an acceptable clean condition, an additional charge of 18.75 EUR will apply.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge. Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
